Sorted by grade, then by name. Within a grade, Partners can appear first.
Funding note: Some providers here are Partners: a sign-up from their links earns us a fee. Within a grade, Partners can appear first, and they get the same checks as everyone else. How we're funded.

Every provider here sells semaglutide, but not the same thing. 42 of the 48 sell a compounded version, mixed to order by a pharmacy. 13 sell a brand product made by its manufacturer, such as Wegovy or Ozempic, and 7 of those sell both. The card names the form, and the provider's check names the product behind it.
Only the brand products carry an FDA label. Ozempic was approved for type 2 diabetes on December 5, 2017, and Wegovy for chronic weight management on June 4, 2021. Wegovy's label later added cutting the risk of heart attack, stroke and cardiovascular death in adults with heart disease (March 8, 2024), then noncirrhotic MASH with moderate-to-advanced liver fibrosis (August 15, 2025). Semaglutide also comes as FDA-approved tablets: Rybelsus for type 2 diabetes since September 20, 2019, and the Wegovy pill since December 22, 2025.
A compounded semaglutide has no FDA-approved product label or FDA review of its safety, effectiveness or quality before it ships. Its quality rests on the pharmacy that makes it. That is why the pharmacy chip is the first one to read on this list.
While semaglutide injections were on FDA's shortage list, pharmacies could compound copies widely. FDA declared that shortage over on February 21, 2025. The grace period for state-licensed 503A pharmacies ended after a court denied an injunction on April 24, 2025. The one for 503B outsourcing facilities ended on May 22, 2025.
Compounding didn't stop, but its basis narrowed. A 503A pharmacy may still prepare semaglutide for a patient, within FDA's limits on making "essentially a copy" of an approved drug. FDA’s April 1, 2026 update describes enforcement discretion for four or fewer essentially-copy prescriptions per calendar month. This is not a universal prescription limit; documented significant differences and other statutory conditions also matter.
On April 30, 2026, FDA proposed leaving semaglutide off the list of bulk ingredients that outsourcing facilities may use. The comment period was extended to July 30, 2026, and no final decision had been published as of this update.
None of this grades a provider. It tells you what to ask: which pharmacy makes the product, and whether it is a 503A pharmacy filling your prescription or an outsourcing facility.
Licensed US pharmacy. 27 of the 48 take a Flag here because their own pages don't name a dispensing pharmacy that shows an active license. For a compounded product the pharmacy is the maker of record, so this is the question to settle first. It accounts for 27 of the 43 grades below an A.
Prescriber reviews you first. Every semaglutide product is prescription-only. All 48 providers state that a clinician reviews your intake before anything is prescribed or shipped. A store that ships semaglutide with no clinician in between is not selling care.
Price shown before signup. 20 of the 48 publish a standing monthly rate before asking for contact details. AHBARx, Belle, bmiMD, Bodybuilding Health+ and 24 more miss it. A first-month offer doesn't count as that rate.
No research-only products. Selling semaglutide never costs this Pass. The check reads the rest of the catalog for experimental or research-use products requiring separate regulatory review. DirectMeds, He & She MD and Pepti sell one, and each check page names it.
5 providers pass all 4 checks for an A and 29 pass 3 for a B. How we check sets out what each check accepts as proof.
"Research use only" on the label. A vial sold "for research" or "not for human use" comes with no prescriber and no dispensing pharmacy. It isn't on this list, and no grade applies to it.
A salt form. FDA says semaglutide sodium and semaglutide acetate are different active ingredients, with no known lawful basis for compounding. Ask the provider which form of semaglutide the pharmacy uses.
A price with no pharmacy behind it. A low figure is easy to print. A named pharmacy with a license you can look up is harder to fake, so weigh the two together.
FDA's page on unapproved GLP-1 drugs counted 990 adverse-event reports tied to compounded semaglutide through May 31, 2026. FDA said some may have been linked to dosing errors. These reports do not establish causation or an incidence rate. Ask how your product is measured and labeled before it arrives.
Standing monthly prices run from $99 at SnagRx to $349 at AgelessRx. The middle of the 18 published figures is $199, or $2,388 over 12 months.
The kind of product sets most of that spread. Among providers that sell only compounded semaglutide, the middle figure is $199. Brand-only providers run from $149 to $349. 1 provider folds a membership into the figure, so read the check page for what it covers.
The lowest standing figure belongs to a provider that passes all 4 checks, so a lower price doesn't cost a grade here.
4 providers bill every 4 weeks or 28 days, which makes a 28-day charge interval. Their cards show the calendar-month figure by our math.
AHBARx, bmiMD, Bodybuilding Health+, CoreAge Rx and 26 more show no standing monthly price up front. Ask for it in writing before you pay.
The name on the box decides the rules. A brand pen has an FDA label; a compounded vial has a pharmacy, and you need its name.
27 of the 48 providers don't name one on their pages. Ask which pharmacy fills the order and which state licenses it, then look the license up.
Ask whether the pharmacy uses semaglutide base or a salt such as semaglutide sodium. FDA says the salts have no known lawful basis for compounding.
4 of the 48 providers advertise a first-period price below the standing one. The list uses the standing figure; ask what it becomes as the dose changes.
