What the fine print shows
Lttl sells compounded NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and GLP-1 injections from one plans page, and that page is the reason to start here. The current plans page uses an interactive treatment and supply selector; confirm the exact options and totals for your chosen product. NAD+ comes as an injection, a nasal spray or a liposomal oral liquid, but a product-page starting amount does not establish the same current renewal price for all three forms. The NAD+ page covers where the compound stands with FDA, and the nasal spray explainer covers that form.
The selected NAD+ injection, nasal and oral plans and sermorelin plan showed the same three longer commitments and a separate first-month special in the selector. The offer table below preserves the displayed choices, including glutathione’s different rates. These are plan-specific offers, not verified calendar-month costs: the selector’s month and week labels do not establish recurring charge timing. Get the full amount due, payment dates and cancellation consequences for the exact plan. Unconfirmed normalized prices remain withheld.
The fine print answers the pharmacy question directly. Current terms section 11 names four partner pharmacies: RedRock in St. George, Utah; HealthWarehouse in Kentucky; Precision Compounding in New York; and Triad Rx in Alabama. The dated record cards below cover named facilities and the jurisdiction actually checked, not your prescription assignment or every home-state license. The weak spot is the prescriber side. The FAQ says care comes from networks of U.S.-licensed clinicians but never names the group or its doctors. Its advisory page lists a pharmacist, a nurse practitioner and a physical therapist; the board reviews protocols and does not replace your prescribing consultation, so ask who your prescriber is once you are matched.
One more thing to know: a BPC-157 and MOTS-c waitlist sits in the main menu. Lttl's peptides page promotes six peptides as "coming soon", including TB-500, epitalon, KPV and semax. The page presents a waitlist rather than a priced checkout. Its broad safety and recovery claims do not establish approval or a routine pharmacy-compounding pathway. Authorized research is a separate question; the compound pages explain the evidence and status.
Refund documents conflict. The terms promise a full refund for initial medical disqualification, except omitted or misrepresented information, yet call a prescription order processed and nonrefundable once medical intake is submitted. The separate refund page says consultation fees are generally nonrefundable after review even if nothing is prescribed. It asks for damaged or incorrect shipment reports within seven days; terms set a 28-day refund-request deadline. Ask which rule governs each part of your payment. Shipping also needs a realistic estimate: the banner says 48 hours, while the FAQ and shipping page describe two to five business days of processing plus three to seven business days in transit.
Plans shown by Lttl
| Plan label | NAD+ forms and sermorelin | Glutathione |
|---|---|---|
| 12-month supply / 52 weeks | $99/mo | $79/mo |
| 6-month supply / 24 weeks | $129/mo | $89/mo |
| 3-month supply / 12 weeks | $139/mo | $99/mo |
| First-month special / 4-week supply | $99 initially, then $149/mo | $89 initially, then $119/mo |
The NAD+ column covers the selected injection, nasal spray and oral liquid, plus sermorelin injection. These are the provider’s displayed plan rates, not verified calendar-month costs. Month and week labels do not establish recurring payment dates. Confirm the total commitment, amount due, consultation charges and cancellation terms before paying.

How signing up works
1Sign up
You pick a product and plan length on the plans page, then complete a short online assessment about your health history.
2Clinician review
A U.S.-licensed clinician from the network Lttl works with reviews the assessment asynchronously and may follow up before deciding whether to prescribe.
3Pharmacy
Terms name four partner facilities and allow program-dependent use of another pharmacy. Ask which facility is assigned and obtain its contact information.
4Delivery
The shipping page estimates two to five business days of processing after prescription, followed by three to seven business days in transit. That differs from the 48-hour banner. Refills follow the selected plan; cancellation is by email before the applicable cutoff.

What holds up
- A single plan selector lets you choose a treatment and supply commitment
- Current terms name RedRock, HealthWarehouse, Precision Compounding and Triad Rx
- NAD+ comes as an injection, nasal spray or liposomal oral liquid
- Pricing guidance describes clinician review before a charge; clarify this against the refund cutoff
- Sermorelin, glutathione and NAD+ sit beside GLP-1s, so one account covers several programs
Watch-outs
- A waitlist promotes BPC-157, MOTS-c, TB-500, epitalon, KPV and semax, none cleared for pharmacy compounding
- Plan choices show commitments, but month/week labels do not establish recurring charge dates
- Refund terms disagree on consultation fees and medical-disqualification refunds
- A four-week supply and a calendar-month bill differ; confirm the exact refill interval
- One page mentions membership-based pricing and another says no membership; ask which applies
Fits you if
You want NAD+ or sermorelin with several plan options and pharmacy partners named in the terms, and you are willing to get the current total in writing before checkout. It also suits anyone who wants NAD+ without needles, since a nasal spray and oral liquid are offered alongside the injection.
Look elsewhere if
You want the prescribing group, consultation charges and binding refund terms settled before sharing card details. If a peptide on the waitlist is the reason you came, a waitlist is not a priced, approved treatment option.

Questions about Lttl
- How much does Lttl's NAD+ cost each month?
- The offer table on this page records the current selected NAD+ plans, including a first-month special and three longer commitments. Week-based supply labels do not settle billing dates or consultation fees; get the exact total and recurring schedule in writing.
- Which pharmacy fills a Lttl prescription?
- Current terms list RedRock, HealthWarehouse, Precision Compounding and Triad Rx, while allowing a pharmacy of your choice depending on program and location. The list does not identify your assigned dispenser.
- Can I buy BPC-157 or MOTS-c from Lttl?
- The public peptide page presents a coming-soon waitlist, with no price or checkout. Neither is cleared for pharmacy compounding, so read the compound pages before you sign up for that list.
- Does Lttl charge a separate consultation fee?
- The plan grid shows one price per plan and no separate fee. The insurance page, though, says you pay for the consultation and medication and that consultation fees may not be refunded, so ask whether any fee sits outside the plan price.
- Can I cancel a Lttl plan?
- The FAQ says you cancel by emailing the care team. Policies disagree on when an order becomes nonrefundable and whether initial medical-disqualification refunds include consultation charges. Terms say intake submission makes a prescription order processed; ask for the binding cutoff and any prepaid-plan refund terms before paying.
