What the fine print shows

GoodLife Health does not sell compounded longevity products such as NAD+ or sermorelin. It's a direct primary care membership built around heart and metabolic health: one flat monthly fee covers your clinician, monthly check-ins, messaging and a nine-test lab panel every 90 days, drawn at Quest. When a drug is warranted, the clinician prescribes only brand-name, FDA-approved medication, such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro or Ozempic, or FDA-approved hormone therapy. Its terms say it never provides compounded GLP-1s, and its BPC-157 article answers "Does GoodLife Health prescribe BPC-157?" with a plain no. For the status of the peptides it won't prescribe, see the BPC-157 page.

The pricing model is the thing to understand before you join. GoodLife bills the membership; the pharmacy, or the drugmaker's self-pay program such as LillyDirect or NovoCare, bills the medication at its own price. GoodLife says it takes no markup or margin on medication, but does not provide your individualized medication quote. Some educational pages cite dated manufacturer self-pay offers; those are not a confirmed personal bill. So you'll know the membership cost up front, but not the drug cost, until the pharmacy, manufacturer program or your insurance confirms it. The membership also starts with a two-month commitment charged at checkout, which is refunded in full if a clinician can't accept you and not refunded once one does.

The pharmacy check is a Flag. The terms say prescriptions are filled by outside licensed pharmacies, and the hormone page says they're e-sent to a licensed pharmacy that ships and bills you directly, but no page names one. Ask which pharmacy will fill a hormone prescription, or fill it at a pharmacy you choose, since the pricing page says you may. Brand-name GLP-1s go through the drugmakers' own programs or your insurance instead.

The current how-it-works page describes a video intake and lab-led treatment plan, without establishing a fixed visit length. The membership includes one panel every 90 days; extra testing beyond that schedule is billed by the lab. The terms describe the first month as labs and an initial visit and the second as protocol work, while the weight-loss page says a GLP-1 typically begins in month three. This is not an immediate-refill promise. GoodLife Health Professional Corporation is the clinician-owned Arizona practice, with GoodLife Health Management providing administration. The terms also identify an outside professional group for direct medical care. Confirm the actual treating clinician, state availability and any hormone-specific restrictions rather than treating a company description as an individual license check.

The membership renews automatically after the initial commitment. From month three, the terms allow cancellation by email or the member portal before the next billing cycle, with no partial-month refund. A separate pharmacy payment follows that pharmacy's policy. The agreement also includes individual arbitration and a class-action waiver, with a 30-day written opt-out. Review those terms before acceptance. Neither paying the membership nor having a lab result guarantees a prescription or a health outcome.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Answer five clinical eligibility questions, which take about five minutes. Checkout charges the two-month starting commitment before the clinician decides whether to accept you; a decline receives a full refund.

  2. 2Clinician review

A clinician conducts a video intake and orders labs, then reviews results and builds a plan. Confirm appointment timing and the testing schedule; a fixed 30-minute visit is not established.

  3. 3Pharmacy

Hormone prescriptions are e-sent to an outside licensed pharmacy that ships and bills you; the pages don't name it. Brand GLP-1s go through LillyDirect, NovoCare or your insurance.

  4. 4Delivery

The pharmacy or drugmaker's program ships the medication to you directly. From month three the membership runs month to month, and you cancel by email or in the member portal before the next cycle.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • GoodLife Health's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:A clinician meets you on video and reviews your labs before prescribingPass

What holds up

  • A nine-test lab panel every 90 days, including ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin and A1c, is part of the membership
  • Prescribes only brand-name, FDA-approved drugs; its pages say it never offers compounded GLP-1s or BPC-157
  • Video visits, monthly check-ins and secure messaging are part of the membership
  • The same membership fee applies whatever drug or dose your clinician prescribes
  • Publishes its corporate structure, with its Arizona business IDs and owners

Watch-outs

  • The medication price isn't quoted anywhere; the pharmacy or drugmaker's program sets and bills it
  • No page names the pharmacy that fills hormone prescriptions; ask, or choose your own pharmacy
  • The first two months are charged together and aren't refunded once a clinician accepts you
  • Confirm the treating clinician and state-specific availability, especially for controlled hormone prescriptions
  • A GLP-1, if prescribed, typically starts in month three, after the first labs and protocol work

Fits you if

You want lab-led care for weight, metabolic health or hormones with a named clinician, brand-name drugs only and a fixed membership fee, and you're comfortable paying the medication price at the pharmacy.

Look elsewhere if

You want NAD+, sermorelin or another compounded longevity product, a single all-in monthly price that includes the medication, or a GLP-1 started in your first weeks.
