What the fine print shows

SkinnyRx is mostly a GLP-1 company, and its one longevity product is compounded sermorelin. That page is unusually plain about cost: $199/mo, struck through from a higher figure, with the vial, syringes and swabs, overnight shipping and no membership fee. Its banner says you are charged only if prescribed, but the FAQ describes payment after intake followed by a refund if declined. Ask whether your card is authorized or captured before the clinical decision. Sermorelin's status and the evidence behind it are on the sermorelin page, and the page's chart comparing it with synthetic growth hormone is the company's own marketing. Its sleep, recovery and muscle claims include self-reported member outcomes, not a controlled trial of this dispensed product; neither a mechanism nor a comparison chart proves those outcomes.

The GLP-1 side needs a separate quote. Its injectable semaglutide and tirzepatide pages advertise first-month promotional rates. The sermorelin page cross-promotes compounded daily tablets at separate first-month offers. Those are introductory amounts, not verified recurring charges. A current standing GLP-1 renewal quote is not established. Ask for the full renewal price, commitment and exact formulation in writing. A compounded tablet is not an FDA-approved oral alternative to an approved injection. Brand-medication pathways may have a separately billed membership and external pharmacy charges; confirm current availability and the full bill.

The pharmacy check is a Flag. The terms say orders go to outside pharmacies that SkinnyRx doesn't own or control, with identification deferred to the care and fulfillment process. The public sermorelin page and terms do not identify the actual dispenser for your order. A licensed-pharmacy claim is not verification of sterility, quality or approval. Ask support which pharmacy will fill your sermorelin and where it's licensed before you pay. The care side is clearer: a U.S.-licensed provider from its affiliated medical practices reviews your intake, with a video visit where your state requires one, and refills follow a monthly check-in form.

FDA sent this company, Lean Rx, which does business as SkinnyRx, a warning letter in 2026 over pictured compounded GLP-1 labels bearing its name and claims comparing them with approved drugs. The letter summary sits on this page. Two practical details round it out. Compounded medicines aren't offered in Alabama, Louisiana or Mississippi, per the terms. The money policies conflict. The product FAQ promises a full refund before prescription review is complete and no refund after fulfillment starts. Section 14 of the terms instead describes discretionary refunds, third-party fee deductions and a requirement to return unopened medication before an approved refund. Renewals may process up to five days early, and cancellation is required at least five days before that processing date. Get the actual cutoff in writing; the shipment date may be too late. A separate section 19 offers a conditional 90-day weight-loss guarantee with weekly app logs, no recorded weight reduction and a claim within 14 days after the period. Do not assume that a banner advertising it makes every sermorelin purchase eligible.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Answer an online pre-qualification intake. The FAQ says payment follows intake and a declined patient receives a refund in 24 to 48 hours; its only-if-prescribed banner describes timing differently. Confirm whether the initial transaction is a hold or a charge.

  2. 2Clinician review

A U.S.-licensed provider from SkinnyRx's affiliated medical practices reviews your answers. Most reviews are online; a short video visit is added where your state's rules require one.

  3. 3Pharmacy

A state-licensed compounding pharmacy that SkinnyRx doesn't own fills the order. The pages don't name it, and the terms say it's disclosed during checkout, so ask which one before you pay.

  4. 4Delivery

The FAQ says tracking information follows within two business days after prescribing, and the page advertises overnight delivery. Those are different milestones; confirm processing and transit times. The page describes a check-in before refill approval. Cancel at least five days before the actual renewal-processing date, which may fall earlier than the next plan period.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • SkinnyRx's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:A U.S.-licensed provider reviews your intake before anything is prescribedPass

What holds up

  • Sermorelin prints one monthly price with the vial, syringes, swabs and overnight shipping included
  • The sermorelin page explicitly says no membership fee
  • The product FAQ describes an early refund, but charge timing and the terms need written clarification
  • A video visit happens where your state requires one, and each refill follows a check-in form
  • Tirzepatide comes as a weekly injection or a daily tablet, with a microdose option on both

Watch-outs

  • The reviewed product page and terms do not identify your assigned dispensing pharmacy
  • First-month GLP-1 offers do not establish the amount charged at renewal
  • Compounded tablets and injections have different formulations; advertised benefits are not proof of equivalence
  • Compounded medicines aren't offered in Alabama, Louisiana or Mississippi, per the terms
  • Terms require cancellation five days before renewal processing, which may itself be five days early

Fits you if

You want compounded sermorelin at one flat monthly price with the supplies and shipping included and no membership, or tirzepatide with a choice of a weekly shot or a daily tablet.

Look elsewhere if

You want the dispensing pharmacy named before you order, you live in Alabama, Louisiana or Mississippi, or you want semaglutide with an ongoing monthly price printed up front.

Questions about SkinnyRx

How much does SkinnyRx charge for sermorelin?
Sermorelin is $199/mo, with the vial, syringes, swabs and overnight shipping included and no membership fee. Confirm the initial payment timing and cancellation deadline: the FAQ and terms describe these differently.
Which pharmacy does SkinnyRx use?
The reviewed product page and terms describe outside licensed pharmacies but do not identify the pharmacy assigned to your order. Ask for its exact name, address and license state before you pay; a general badge does not verify a particular dispenser.
What does SkinnyRx semaglutide cost after the first month?
The reviewed injectable page and tablet cross-promotion advertise first-month offers. Neither establishes a recurring charge. Ask for the exact renewal amount, quantity, formulation and billing schedule in writing.
Can I get a refund from SkinnyRx?
The product FAQ promises an early full refund, while section 14 describes discretionary refunds, deductions and unopened-medication return conditions. A separate 90-day guarantee has eligibility and weekly logging requirements and excludes Metabolic Health fees. Ask which rules govern your purchase. Cancel at least five days before renewal processing, which may occur up to five days before the next period.
