What the fine print shows
SnagRx sells two things: compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, each as a weekly injection, from a Delaware company called Modern Metabolic Medicine. There's no peptide, NAD+ or longevity menu. The price doesn't change with the dose, and it covers the medication, supplies, the clinician review and shipping, with no membership on top. Month to month, semaglutide is $99/mo and tirzepatide is $149/mo. To compare those against other sellers on the same four checks, open the semaglutide providers by grade or the tirzepatide providers by grade.
The homepage figure is not the monthly bill. A sale banner, a countdown timer and a much higher "was" price frame a rate that the terms show belongs to the 12-month plan, charged once up front. The 3- and 6-month plans are prepaid too, at rates in between. Multi-month plans then renew for the same length unless you cancel, and the refund policy requires cancellation at least 72 hours before billing. The terms instead defer to the checkout cutoff, giving 48 hours as an example. Confirm the applicable deadline in writing and cancel early. The struck price is the company's retail comparison, not evidence of what buyers previously paid.
The pharmacy check is a Pass. The homepage footer lists four partner pharmacies with their street addresses: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York; and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama. The FAQ calls them U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies, and the license lines below show each one's board record. Which of the four fills a given order isn't stated, so ask support before payment. Current Texas nonresident records confirm active licenses for Health Warehouse and Triad Rx, with prior disciplinary orders listed for Health Warehouse; those records do not establish the status of the Utah or New York facilities.
Clinical care comes from OpenLoop Health, a network of U.S.-licensed doctors, and SnagRx says it also has its own medical director, a practicing physician who reviewed that network. You answer a five-minute qualifier, pay for your first term, finish the medical intake in the portal, and a clinician reviews it, within 24 hours by the company's count. The refund policy is the strictest part: every payment is final once submitted, unused months of a prepaid plan included. A provider-initiated medical disqualification can produce a refund of the unused portion, after deducting services already provided. SnagRx doesn't serve Louisiana, and Nebraska patients must be 19 or older.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Take the five-minute health qualifier, pick semaglutide or tirzepatide and a plan length, and pay for that first term. The terms list each plan's monthly rate and up-front total.
2Clinician review
After checkout you finish the medical intake in the SnagRx portal. An OpenLoop Health clinician reviews it, often within hours by the company's count, and decides whether to prescribe.
3Pharmacy
One of the four named 503A partner pharmacies fills the prescription. The pages don't say which partner handles a given order, so ask support if that matters to you.
4Delivery
The homepage describes next-day UPS shipping in temperature-controlled packaging; confirm dispatch and delivery for your address. Refills are requested in the portal, and SnagRx's nursing staff handle ongoing questions.
