What the fine print shows

Brightmeds keeps its longevity line short: compounded NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione, each an injection you use at home. Every page prints one month-to-month price, $129/mo for NAD+ and sermorelin and $99/mo for glutathione. That figure covers the medication, the clinical evaluation, follow-ups, dosing guidance and standard shipping. The pages say there's no membership, no separate consultation or prescribing fee and no lab fee for these three. They also promise the price stays locked for as long as you stay, with no step-up after the first month. The plan renews monthly until you cancel, and you can pause or cancel from your account. Status and evidence for each compound live on the NAD+ page, the sermorelin page and the glutathione page.

The pharmacy check is a Flag. The product pages say "US State Licensed pharmacies" fill every prescription, and the sermorelin page adds that it's made by state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacies. None of that names one. The terms explain why: Brightmeds works with several pharmacies depending on product and state, and you're told to contact support to find out which one serves you. So ask support for the pharmacy's name and license state before you pay. The clinical side is clearer. The provider says clinicians review every intake and prescribe only when it fits, and if you're found ineligible the terms promise a full refund.

Two things to keep in view. The longevity pages now carry a seasonal "Fall Savings" theme, yet they also state the monthly price never increases. If you join, save a copy of the page so you can point to the locked price if a later bill differs. And outside that refund for an ineligible patient, the terms say fees are generally non-refundable. As for where it operates, the terms say Brightmeds is available in 47 states, every state except Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi.

If you are also weighing a GLP-1, the lower headline rates require a three-month pack paid upfront. The current offer and its GLP-1 cancellation policy explicitly describe monthly billing for single-month subscriptions; a four-week supply reference elsewhere does not establish a 28-day charge interval. The promotional state list is narrower than the general 47-state terms. Confirm eligibility for your state, current-treatment status and formulation. The separate weight-loss guarantee has detailed conditions and inconsistent day counts, so it is not an unconditional outcome or refund promise.

The GLP-1-specific cancellation policy requires five business days before renewal through the account, email or phone. It describes a temporary authorization at intake and allows capture after five days even if review remains pending, followed by a refund if declined. Medication already compounded, dispensed or shipped may still be charged, with cancellation taking effect later. Approved refunds of captured charges take five to ten business days. Those provisions are explicitly for GLP-1 subscriptions: ask which cutoff and charging rules govern a longevity order rather than applying them to every product. A continuously active promotional subscription can keep its documented price; cancellation or interruption may lose it. The exact preparation's benefits remain a separate clinical question from a price-lock promise.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Pick NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione and complete a short online health intake. The monthly price is printed on the product page before you're asked for any contact details.

  2. 2Clinician review

Brightmeds says a clinician reviews your health history and prescribes only if treatment fits. The pages don't say whether that review is a live visit or an online review.

  3. 3Pharmacy

A U.S. state-licensed compounding pharmacy from Brightmeds' network fills the order; sermorelin goes to a sterile compounding pharmacy. Which pharmacy depends on your state, so ask support for its name.

  4. 4Delivery

Your medication ships free in temperature-safe, unbranded packaging with written instructions. The plan renews monthly; preserve the price-lock offer and confirm any interruption consequences and cancellation deadline.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Brightmeds's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:Says a clinician reviews your history before prescribingPass

What holds up

  • NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione each print one month-to-month price with the clinician and shipping inside it
  • Each longevity page says no membership, no separate prescribing fee and no lab fee apply
  • The pages promise the monthly price is locked for as long as you stay, with no step-up after month one
  • The terms promise a full refund if an affiliated clinician finds you ineligible
  • Account cancellation is described; confirm your product’s deadline and whether pharmacy processing has already begun

Watch-outs

  • No page names the pharmacy; the terms say to ask support which one serves your state and medication
  • Plans renew every month until you cancel, and outside an ineligible refund the terms call fees non-refundable
  • The locked-price promise sits on seasonal "Fall Savings" pages; save a copy of the page when you join
  • The terms say it serves 47 states; Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi are left out
  • Microdose GLP-1 and testosterone prices show only after the intake, not on the public pages

Fits you if

You want NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione at one flat monthly price that already includes the clinician and shipping, with no membership and the option to cancel any month.

Look elsewhere if

You want the dispensing pharmacy named before you order, or you live in Alabama, Arkansas or Mississippi, which its terms leave out. Anyone who wants a refund after treatment starts should read the terms first.
