What the fine print shows

Ivím Health is a membership-based telehealth practice built mainly around GLP-1 programs, with two longevity products beside them: a weekly compounded NAD+ injection and a sermorelin tablet that dissolves under the tongue. The NAD+ page prints a 1-month price and a 2-month price billed up front, each with the monthly membership added on top. With that membership included, NAD+ comes to $204/mo on the 1-month price. Sermorelin's page prints a price and the same membership but doesn't say how long that price covers, so the table below can't show a monthly figure for it yet. Ask what one sermorelin order lasts before you choose it.

The membership is the core of the offer. The homepage says it includes unlimited provider visits, functional health coaches, a patient experience team and a supplement discount, with the first month free. It's also where the fine print bites. Current terms allow cancellation with an adjustment for unshipped medication, subject to administrative fees. The returns policy rejects medication returns and generally describes prescriptions as non-refundable, while expressly deferring cancellation eligibility to sections 16 and 29 of the terms. Section 16 describes administrative deductions based on the undeveloped three-month or applicable two-month portions of the program, waived for provider-documented medical ineligibility. Membership fees are separate. Ask for the written calculation for your particular program; this is not an unrestricted refund window. A fixed program period and its 14-day final-shipment grace period can expire even if you have not requested all medication, and inactive membership does not ordinarily extend that window. Ask which cancellation calculation applies before buying a longer program. Pick the shortest program that fits until you know the service suits you.

FDA sent this company a warning letter about its website's claims for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The letter says the pictured labels showed the Ivím name, suggesting Ivím compounds the drugs when it doesn't. The FDA box on this page links to it; read what it covers before you join. A licensed provider makes prescribing decisions; the terms distinguish clinician-supervised care from AI navigation, documentation and other automated assistance. For GLP-1 ID specifically, section 29(A) describes individual shipment approvals, check-ins around a maximum 56-day dispensing period and no automatic medication shipments. Do not transfer that product-specific schedule to NAD+ or sermorelin without confirmation.

The pharmacy side doesn't. The site-wide disclaimer says outside licensed compounding pharmacies prepare its medications, but no page names one, so the license line below has nothing to look up. Ask which pharmacy will fill your NAD+ order, and in which state it's licensed, before you pay. The menu includes a broader peptide waitlist, not proof that those treatments are available now. Its energy, recovery and sleep claims are not demonstrated simply by the product being prescribed. The site also says it isn't available in every state and publishes no list, so confirm yours first. The NAD+ page and the sermorelin page cover where those compounds stand with FDA.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You answer a health questionnaire online and choose a program. The membership is billed monthly on top of the medication, with the first month free on the homepage offer.

  2. 2Clinician review

An Ivím provider meets you by video or a chat-based e-visit and decides whether to prescribe. Follow-up and shipment approval depend on the particular program; confirm the NAD+ or sermorelin schedule with your clinician.

  3. 3Pharmacy

Prescriptions go to outside licensed compounding pharmacies, as the site puts it. No page names the one that fills Ivím's orders, so ask before you pay.

  4. 4Delivery

Medication ships on the program schedule. Current terms describe cancellation fees and adjustments for unshipped medication; an active paid membership is required for refills.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Ivím Health's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:An Ivím provider sees you by video or e-visit before prescribingPass

What holds up

  • The NAD+ page prints a 1-month price and a 2-month price, each with the membership shown beside it
  • The membership includes unlimited provider visits and health coaching, and the first month is free
  • Its sermorelin is a tablet that dissolves under the tongue, so there's no injection
  • An Ivím provider sees you by video or e-visit before anything is prescribed
  • Licensed-provider review remains necessary; the terms say automated tools do not make final clinical decisions

Watch-outs

  • FDA sent Ivím a warning letter over how its site presented compounded GLP-1s; read it before joining
  • A required monthly membership is billed on top of the NAD+ and sermorelin prices
  • Unshipped medication may be refunded after cancellation fees; membership fees are treated separately
  • No page names the compounding pharmacy; ask for its name and license state before you pay
  • It isn't available in every state and publishes no state list, so confirm yours first

Fits you if

You want a provider you can see as often as you need, with NAD+ priced up front and health coaching included, and you are comfortable paying a separate membership during a fixed medication program. The NAD+ page also says it is included for existing members while printing medication charges; confirm whether a member discount or separate charge applies to you.

Look elsewhere if

You want to cancel any time, a named pharmacy before you order, or an all-in price without a membership. Anyone uneasy about the FDA letter may prefer a provider without one.

Questions about Ivím Health

How much does NAD+ cost at Ivím Health?
With the required membership included, NAD+ comes to $204/mo on the 1-month price. A 2-month option billed up front costs less per month; the table below shows both, membership included.
Has FDA sent Ivím Health a warning letter?
Yes. FDA sent a warning letter about the website's claims for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, including pictured labels that named Ivím. The FDA box on this page links to the letter.
Can I cancel an Ivím Health membership?
Current terms describe refunds for unshipped medication after the applicable cancellation fees, with fees waived for documented medical ineligibility. Membership fees are treated separately as non-refundable. Ask for the calculation for your exact plan before purchasing.
Which pharmacy fills Ivím Health prescriptions?
The site says outside licensed compounding pharmacies prepare its medications but doesn't name them. Ask the care team which pharmacy fills your order and where it's licensed before you pay.
