What the fine print shows

LaSara Medical Group is a California practice advertising national telehealth and in-person treatment in Orange County. The homepage names medical director Sunil Kurup and nurse practitioners Courtney Patterson-Manfredi and Mallory Jones, alongside its support team. Those are company-reported roles and credentials, not separate verification of the clinician assigned to you. Its catalog includes GLP-1 treatments, hormone care, sermorelin and NAD+ in injection and nasal forms, glutathione and GHK-Cu troches. Ask which treatments are available in your state and which clinician would manage follow-up.

The product pages expose plan choices before a consultation, but some summaries disagree. The sermorelin injection selector offers a six-week subscription while its sticky summary gives a different monthly amount. The NAD+ injection selector lists a selected one-month offer at a different amount from its summary. GHK-Cu and glutathione pages also display inconsistent summary figures. These are different displayed offers, not a reliable recurring quote. The sermorelin nasal page is clearer: $199/mo for its one-month subscription, with a higher one-month purchase price. Longer commitments and promotional discounts are separate choices. Confirm the exact selected plan, amount charged, supply and renewal date in writing.

The NAD+ nasal selector lists an eight-week subscription while its summary instead gives a different monthly amount. Its displayed monthly equivalents do not consistently track the longer plan durations. A week-based supply alone does not establish a billing schedule, and a recurring price should not be inferred from a sticky footer. Until those differences are reconciled, compare the printed offer only with its stated period. Marketing about reversing aging, systemic repair or effective nasal absorption is not clinical outcome evidence. The NAD+ nasal evidence review and sermorelin page explain the limitations.

LaSara’s About Us page displays pharmacy logos labeled Belmar Pharmacy, Tailor Made Compounding and University Compounding Pharmacy, and says its partners are LegitScript-certified. A logo establishes a published association, not your exact dispensing facility, current license status or product assignment. Request the pharmacy’s full name, address and license before payment. The same About page includes a comparison fee table whose columns are represented by logos; those other columns must not be assumed to be LaSara’s fees. The page separately advertises no hidden fees or monthly membership, free shipping and financing options. Confirm the full prescription-specific charge and whether any consultation or testing is extra.

Product pages say subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime, but the generic website terms do not establish a prescription cancellation cutoff, refund entitlement or treatment-specific process. Ask how to stop the next charge, whether a placed pharmacy order can be canceled, and what happens if a clinician declines treatment. Financing eligibility, FSA/HSA reimbursement and loan terms need separate confirmation; an advertised financing option does not guarantee approval or reimbursement. A free consultation is an opportunity to resolve these questions, rather than a promise that every prescription or formulation is suitable. The quote checklist helps compare the final offer.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Book the advertised free consultation or select a product plan. Confirm the exact plan and total before checkout; product selectors and sticky summaries sometimes differ.

  2. 2Clinician review

LaSara describes clinician review of your history and goals. Ask whether your treatment needs a live visit, lab work and paid follow-up.

  3. 3Pharmacy

LaSara displays Belmar, Tailor Made and University Compounding partner logos. Confirm your exact dispensing facility and license; the logo list does not establish assignment.

  4. 4Delivery

LaSara advertises free shipping and pause-or-cancel options. Get the selected supply, charge dates, shipping interval and cancellation cutoff in writing.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • LaSara Medical Group's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:Company names clinical team members and describes prescription review; confirm assignmentPass

Questions about LaSara Medical Group

How much is LaSara’s sermorelin nasal spray?
The page lists a one-month subscription at $199/mo, with a higher one-time purchase amount. Confirm the selected offer, included care, shipping and next charge before payment.
Why are some LaSara prices withheld from comparison?
Several selectors disagree with their sticky summaries or use different week and month labels. For example, NAD+ nasal offers an eight-week subscription while its summary shows a different monthly amount. A binding selected-plan quote is needed before normalizing those prices.
Does LaSara name its pharmacies?
Its About page shows Belmar Pharmacy, Tailor Made Compounding and University Compounding Pharmacy logos. That does not identify your assigned branch or verify its current license. Ask for the full dispensing name and address.
Can I cancel a LaSara subscription?
Product pages advertise pause or cancellation anytime, but generic website terms do not define a prescription refund or cancellation cutoff. Ask how to stop renewal and what happens to an already-placed pharmacy order.
