What the fine print shows
RNK Health is an online clinic with a short menu: compounded NAD+ and sermorelin injections, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus enclomiphene, B12 and a few others. RNK itself is a platform. Its terms say care comes from named clinical groups (OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and its state affiliates, Reliant MD Medical Associates and MD Integrations), whose licensed providers review you live or by questionnaire depending on your state.
NAD+ and sermorelin each show monthly, three-month and six-month plans, with monthly shipments. The lowest headline is the six-month equivalent, not a month-to-month charge. The pages label longer plans as billed every three or six months. Product pages and the refund policy describe a single inclusive price, but the terms say RNK access fees are separate from pharmacy product, dispensing or shipping fees. That conflict prevents a reliable all-in renewal comparison. Ask for the complete checkout amount, any separate pharmacy charges, next billing date and commitment before choosing a plan.
The pharmacy check is a Flag, for an unusual reason. Every page footer prints a pharmacy address in Springville, Utah, and a pharmacy phone number, but never the pharmacy's name, and the terms describe the dispensing pharmacies only as licensed third parties that RNK doesn't own or control. Ask RNK which pharmacy that address belongs to, then look up its Utah license; a name is what lets you check.
The refund policy makes the subscription fee generally final when intake is submitted and treats rebills as nonrefundable. A clinician finding you ineligible can trigger cancellation and a refund of the unused portion, rather than a universal full initial refund. Damage, wrong-item or failed-delivery claims normally receive replacement first; a refund is considered if replacement cannot be fulfilled. Report a delivery problem within seven days with photographs. Dose preferences and disappointing results are not refund grounds, despite the homepage’s broad satisfaction-guarantee language. Cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing date; the policy promises a reminder seven days before each rebill.
Before choosing between the two, the NAD+ injections investigation and the sermorelin evidence review cover what each can and can't claim. Access fees continue while you complete a required refill form, according to the terms, so no shipment does not automatically stop billing. Ask how to pause charges if a clinical review or laboratory result is delayed. Its statements about reversing age, instant focus or guaranteed body changes are promotional, not established clinical benefits for the prescribed formulations. Company disclosure of a clinician group is not a check of your assigned clinician’s license.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Choose a medication and plan length, then take a short free quiz. Submitting the intake form starts care, and RNK's refund policy treats your subscription fee as final from that point.
2Clinician review
A licensed provider from one of RNK's clinical groups reviews your answers, live by audio or video or by questionnaire, depending on your state and your health history.
3Pharmacy
The prescription goes to a licensed third-party pharmacy. RNK's footer prints its Springville, Utah, address and phone number, but not its name, so ask before you pay.
4Delivery
Plans describe monthly shipments and reminders seven days before rebilling. Cancel at least 72 hours before the next billing date; access fees can continue while a required refill form remains incomplete.
Pharmacy and prescriber
- RNK Health's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.

What holds up
- Shows monthly and longer-plan amounts separately, with monthly shipments
- Longer plans describe monthly shipping rather than sending every vial together
- The terms name its clinical groups: OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, Reliant MD and MD Integrations
- An email reminder arrives 7 days before every rebill, with pause, skip and cancel options
- Cancel anytime in the account portal, by email or by phone
Watch-outs
- Footers print a pharmacy address in Utah but never its name; ask which pharmacy fills your order
- Your fee is final and non-refundable as soon as you submit the intake form
- All-in product wording conflicts with terms describing separate pharmacy fees
- Cancel at least 72 hours before billing, or the next cycle is charged and can't be refunded
- GLP-1 prices say "from" without showing whether higher doses cost more

Look elsewhere if
Look elsewhere if you want the pharmacy named before you pay, or a refund window after you've filled in the intake. Readers unsure they'll stay should avoid the prepaid plans.

Questions about RNK Health
- How much does RNK Health charge for NAD+ and sermorelin?
- The pages show a monthly offer and lower three- and six-month equivalents, but all-in marketing conflicts with separate-pharmacy-fee wording in the terms. Request the exact combined checkout and renewal charges before comparing costs.
- Which pharmacy fills RNK Health prescriptions?
- RNK doesn't name it. Its pages print a pharmacy address in Springville, Utah, and a phone number, and the terms describe licensed third-party pharmacies. Ask for the name and check its license.
- Can I get a refund from RNK Health?
- Fees are generally final when intake is submitted. Clinical disqualification can bring a refund of the unused portion. Delivery problems normally receive replacement first; contact support within seven days with photos. Dissatisfaction with results or a prescribed dose is not a refund ground.
- Who are RNK Health's providers?
- Licensed clinicians from the groups named in its terms: OpenLoop Healthcare Partners and its state affiliates, Reliant MD Medical Associates and MD Integrations. Visits are live or questionnaire-based, depending on your state.
- Which states does RNK Health serve?
- The terms say RNK currently serves all 50 states, subject to change, and that some medications or programs may not be available everywhere. Confirm your product is offered in your state before you submit the intake.
