What the fine print shows
OurView publishes separate NAD+ and sermorelin product offers, with one-month and three-month prepaid options. The product pages include medication and describe a 30-day supply shipped every 30 days; that supply schedule does not establish the payment interval. Their quoted totals also need to be read alongside the wellness page’s different fee and membership presentation. Until those terms are reconciled, normalized renewal prices are held. The NAD+ guide and sermorelin guide cover the evidence and FDA history rather than treating a treatment menu as proof of benefit.
The fee question is specific. The homepage describes no required membership, while the everyday-wellness page still compares consultation charges with and without membership and prints NAD+ amounts that differ from the NAD+ product page. A separate subscriptions page could not be reopened, so its older description is not treated as current proof. Ask which exact offer applies, whether consultation or membership is additional, the total due today and the later renewal amount. The peptide quote guide helps separate a starting rate from the full commitment.
The FAQ identifies Telegra as the clinician network and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Louisiana as its pharmacy partner. These are company disclosures. The public-record card below checks a named facility in a specific jurisdiction; it does not prove every home-state license or the pharmacy assigned to your prescription. The terms permit directing a prescription to another pharmacy before completing the order. Ask the treating clinician which formulation and dispenser apply to your location.
The published FAQ lists service exclusions for Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii and New Jersey. It describes payment authorization during checkout, collection after clinician approval and release of the authorization if treatment is declined. Its renewal answer says patients are notified and reviewed monthly, with an option to continue and no automatic charge. The returns policy nevertheless uses subscription-cancellation language. Get the selected plan’s renewal procedure in writing, particularly for a prepaid term.
The returns policy makes prescription sales final after payment is charged and the package is handed to the carrier, while allowing portal changes before shipment. It describes reshipment for a lost package and asks patients to report damage. Eligible same-day shipment and overnight delivery are advertised, but location, carrier, weekends and holidays can change timing. Terms and privacy use the OurView brand and generic owner/affiliate language; ask which entity contracts with and bills you. Wellness claims about energy, recovery and body composition do not by themselves establish a clinical result or predictable timetable.
Printed OurView product offers
| Product | One-month label | Three months in full |
|---|---|---|
| NAD+ | $130 per month | $330 today ($110/month label) |
| Sermorelin | $150 per month | $420 today ($140/month label) |
These product-page figures are separate from the wellness page’s conflicting membership, consultation-fee and NAD+ comparison. They do not establish an all-in recurring bill. Product pages describe a 30-day supply and shipment schedule; obtain separate payment dates, any additional fees and prepaid renewal terms in writing.

Questions about OurView Health
- What does OurView charge for NAD+ or sermorelin?
- Current product pages distinguish one-month and three-month prepaid offers. Other wellness fee and membership comparisons differ, so obtain a written total including any consultation, membership, shipping and renewal charges.
- Does OurView require a membership?
- Its homepage says no required membership, while the wellness page retains membership and consultation-fee comparisons. Ask which terms apply to your selected product rather than assuming a sitewide fee rule.
- Which pharmacy and clinician network does it name?
- The FAQ identifies Boudreaux’s New Drug Store and Telegra. Confirm the actual prescription assignment and applicable licenses; a named partner or limited public-record check does not establish every credential.
- Does OurView automatically charge for refills?
- The FAQ says renewal involves notification, monthly review and an option to continue, with no automatic charge. The returns page also refers to subscription cancellation; obtain the selected plan’s renewal process in writing.
- Can I cancel or return a prescription?
- The returns policy allows portal changes before shipping and makes prescription sales final after charge and carrier handoff. It describes lost-package reshipment and a support route for damage, rather than ordinary medication returns.
