What the fine print shows

Nex Gen Health Rx markets compounded sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and PT-141 alongside general telehealth treatments. Product pages say the consultation, medication and shipping are included, and the FAQ says medication is charged only after provider approval. These are provider disclosures, rather than proof of treatment benefit. The sermorelin guide and NAD+ guide explain their evidence and FDA history.

The public plan data uses one-, three-, six- and twelve-month labels, while the product selector describes 30-, 90-, 180- and 360-day supplies. The FAQ says refills follow the selected cadence but does not resolve whether charges recur by calendar month or exact day count. Printed offers remain useful for a quote, but those mixed labels do not establish a verified calendar-month renewal cost. Ask for the amount due now, future charge dates, total commitment and cancellation deadline. The peptide cost guide explains which figures belong in that written quote.

The footer and returns policy name Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina. The FAQ describes a network of U.S. physicians and nurse practitioners and says compounded therapies come from 503A pharmacies; it does not name the clinician group. A named facility and a Texas public-record check do not establish the pharmacy assigned to your prescription, its home-state status or every shipping-state license. Ask for the assigned clinician and dispensing pharmacy before payment. The terms also allow a requested local pharmacy, with potentially different pricing.

The contracting identity needs clarification. Terms and privacy use the Nex Gen brand and refer generally to owners or affiliates rather than clearly identifying a separate contracting entity. The privacy page gives an administrator address in Richmond, Virginia, while the footer gives Manifest’s South Carolina address. Shipping disclosures also disagree: product pages and FAQ describe refrigeration or cold packs, while the returns page says the business does not ship refrigerated products. Obtain product-specific handling and delivery instructions from the assigned pharmacy.

The returns policy says prescription sales are final once payment is charged and the package is handed to the carrier. Before shipment, the account can be used to change details or cancel a subscription. Damaged or lost shipments should be reported to support; the policy describes reshipment for a lost package. Do not assume ordinary returns are available after dispensing. Testosterone listings are marked coming soon rather than available for purchase; PT-141 is described in injection or nasal form, whose selection needs clinician confirmation.

Glutathione1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months$57.32 / $171.96 / $343.92 / $687.84

The public plan data uses month labels while product selectors describe 30/90/180/360-day supplies. These are printed offers, not verified calendar-month renewal costs. Confirm the selected total due now, future charge dates, full commitment and cancellation cutoff. The FAQ says medication is charged after provider approval; it does not resolve the date-label mismatch.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Choose a treatment and plan, then complete the health assessment. The FAQ says identity verification uses a photo ID and selfie.

  2. 2Clinician review

The provider describes physician or nurse-practitioner review, with messaging when more information is needed. Approval is not guaranteed.

  3. 3Pharmacy

The site names Manifest Pharmacy, but confirm the pharmacy assigned to your prescription and its licenses. The terms permit requesting another pharmacy before completing the order.

  4. 4Delivery

The FAQ estimates shipment 2–3 business days after approval and arrival in 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; cold-handling disclosures conflict, and the renewal charge dates need written confirmation.

What holds up

  • Names Manifest Pharmacy in the footer and returns policy
  • Public product data displays plan options before a health assessment
  • Product pages state that consultation, medication and shipping are included
  • FAQ says medication is charged only after provider approval
  • Account controls allow subscription changes before shipment

Watch-outs

  • Month labels and 30/90/180/360-day supply labels do not establish the same recurring charge dates
  • Product and FAQ cold-shipping claims conflict with the returns policy
  • Terms and privacy do not clearly identify a separate contracting entity
  • State eligibility and the assigned pharmacy require confirmation for the requested treatment
  • Prescription sales are final after charge and carrier handoff; report damaged or lost shipments promptly

Fits you if

You want to compare printed longevity plan options from a storefront that names a pharmacy, and can obtain written billing, dispensing and shipping answers before committing.

Look elsewhere if

You need a clearly identified contracting company, a published state-by-treatment eligibility list or one consistent cold-shipping policy before starting. A provider with clearer disclosures may be easier to assess.

Questions about Nex Gen Health Rx

What does Nex Gen’s advertised plan price include?
Product pages state that consultation, medication and shipping are included. The month and supply-day labels differ, so obtain exact future charge dates and the total commitment before comparing recurring costs.
Which pharmacy fills Nex Gen prescriptions?
The footer and returns page name Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina. Confirm the actual dispensing assignment; a named facility or Texas record does not establish every relevant license.
Does Nex Gen ship medication cold?
The product pages and FAQ describe refrigeration or cold packs, while the returns page says it does not ship refrigerated products. Ask the assigned pharmacy for product-specific handling and delivery arrangements.
Who prescribes through Nex Gen?
The FAQ describes a network of U.S. physicians and nurse practitioners but does not name the group. Ask for your assigned clinician and the license applicable to your location.
Can I cancel or return an order?
The returns page allows account changes before shipment and says prescription sales are final after charge and carrier handoff. Contact support promptly about damage or a lost package; ordinary prescription returns are not promised.
