What the fine print shows
Wellorithm advertises weight-management care and has also listed sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. The currently readable weight-loss pricing page does not establish a complete recurring longevity quote, and current longevity product information does not confirm the selected renewal terms. Older product figures therefore are not treated as current selected renewals. Ask whether the medication is available today, in which formulation, at what full charge and on what supply and payment schedule. The sermorelin evidence and NAD+ evidence address the separate clinical questions.
The GLP-1 pricing page distinguishes first and ongoing payments and says renewal occurs monthly. The posted terms instead describe recurring charges every twenty-eight days. Those intervals are not interchangeable, and a supply duration cannot resolve the conflict. Obtain the full selected payment schedule before comparing costs. The pricing page says the consult and shipping are included and medication price stays the same across its listed dose range. That statement does not establish the charge interval, guarantee an unchanged future price or confirm every possible laboratory and clinical expense.
The posted terms describe outside Professional Entities without identifying the practice or assigned dispensing pharmacy. The pricing page offers evaluation, medication if prescribed, shipping and follow-up, but marketing language does not verify the actual professional’s license or pharmacy assignment. Ask for the medical practice, clinician, dispensing facility and destination-state authority before payment. The page advertises all fifty states plus D.C.; a particular medication still depends on clinical suitability and lawful dispensing. An unnamed pharmacy cannot be checked against a specific facility’s state-board record or sterile-compounding history.
The pricing page requests cancellation at least forty-eight hours before renewal and says the medication portion is not charged when treatment is inappropriate; a consultation fee may be retained. The posted terms describe processed payments as nonrefundable. Their separate sixteen-week guarantee is conditional: new-user eligibility, no other weight-loss medication in the prior year, adherence, intake documentation and verified weight are required. Review and approval precede a refund, capped at fees actually paid. It is not a promise of ten-percent weight loss or an unconditional money-back window.
Brand-drug care requires another clarification. The current pricing page describes an insurance-based brand program with a separate service fee and coverage-dependent medication costs. General terms instead call the program cash-pay and say insurance is not accepted. Ask which agreement applies to the service you choose, whether prior-authorization or coordination fees are additional, and what remains payable if coverage is denied. A brand product name or a reused footnote cannot establish your medication bill. Keep the selected financial terms and cancellation confirmation with your order records.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Complete the health assessment only after establishing the selected first charge, recurring amount, payment dates and any prepaid commitment.
2Clinician review
A licensed clinician reviews eligibility before prescribing. Confirm the professional’s identity, state authority and follow-up requirements.
3Pharmacy
Public pages describe pharmacy preparation but do not identify the assigned facility. Obtain its name, address and applicable license before medication is dispensed.
4Delivery
Shipping and supplies are advertised as included. Confirm the actual renewal schedule; the monthly pricing page and twenty-eight-day terms differ, and cancellation notice must precede the charge.
Pharmacy and prescriber
- Wellorithm's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.

What holds up
- The GLP-1 pricing page separates first and ongoing advertised payments
- Clinical evaluation, shipping and follow-up are described in the program inclusions
- The pricing page says the medication portion is not charged if treatment is inappropriate
- The posted guarantee states eligibility and weight-verification conditions
- Public support contact details provide a route to clarify the selected agreement
Watch-outs
- Monthly pricing conflicts with twenty-eight-day billing in the posted terms
- Current longevity product quotes and recurring charge dates need written confirmation
- The clinical practice and assigned dispensing pharmacy are not named
- The guarantee needs new-user eligibility, adherence and approved weight verification
- Brand insurance care on the pricing page conflicts with general cash-pay terms
Fits you if
You want to compare the published GLP-1 program and can resolve the billing interval, assigned care, coverage arrangement and guarantee eligibility before paying.
Look elsewhere if
You need a named pharmacy, an unambiguous recurring quote or an unconditional refund. Request a separate current agreement for longevity or brand-drug care.

Questions about Wellorithm
- How much does Wellorithm cost for sermorelin or NAD+?
- Current readable weight-loss pricing does not establish the complete selected longevity charge or recurring schedule. Current public product information does not confirm the selected renewal terms. Request the current formulation, supply, full amount and payment dates before relying on an older offer.
- Which pharmacy does Wellorithm use?
- It doesn't say. The NAD+ page says medication is compounded by state-licensed pharmacies and the terms say Wellorithm doesn't dispense anything itself. Ask support for the pharmacy's name and license state before you pay.
- How often does Wellorithm bill?
- The current pricing page says monthly while the terms describe every 28 days. Ask for the exact renewal amount and dates in writing before comparing annual costs. The terms require cancellation notice before renewal; request the conditions for any unshipped medication or unused service.
- Does Wellorithm have a weight-loss guarantee?
- The posted terms describe a conditional sixteen-week guarantee for eligible new users with no other weight-loss medication in the prior year. Adherence, an intake report and verified weight are required. Approval is not automatic, and any refund is capped at actual paid fees.
- Does Wellorithm accept insurance for brand drugs?
- The pricing page describes an insurance-based brand service with a separate fee, but general terms call the program cash-pay. Ask which agreement applies, what medication and coordination costs are additional, and what happens after a coverage denial.
