What the fine print shows

Sprout Health is a Houston-based telehealth company that sells three things: compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide and compounded NAD+ injections. The homepage prints one price for each GLP-1 at any dose, and says the provider visit, medication and shipping are included in it. That matters: on plans that step the price up as the dose climbs, the number you see in month one isn't the number you pay by month four.

The billing clock needs a written answer. Product offers describe four-week charges, including the current NAD+ page, while the October cancellation policy describes automatic monthly billing and three- or six-month subscriptions. A legacy care-flow page also refers to the same calendar date each month. These are not interchangeable intervals. Normalized recurring prices are withheld until the actual selected charge and dates are confirmed. Ask whether an introductory amount is paid alone or within a larger prepaid commitment, and what the next payment will be.

FDA sent this company a warning letter, and the box beside the top button shows its date and what it covers: website wording that called compounded GLP-1s FDA-approved. The current pages now say plainly that compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and NAD+ are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Read the letter before you join, and judge whether the fix on the site answers it for you.

The order of events is worth knowing. You take a short qualifying quiz, pay, and then fill in the detailed medical questionnaire. A licensed clinician reviews it before anything is prescribed, and if you don't qualify the order is canceled and refunded. After that, each rebill triggers a new questionnaire, and the refill ships only once a clinician approves it. That's more friction than a simple auto-ship, and it's also a real check-in each cycle.

On pharmacy, the terms list Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy as external service contacts, with email addresses only, and the how-it-works page says your prescription goes to one of its partner pharmacies. The dated license records below concern specific facilities and jurisdictions, not every future assigned dispenser. Ask for your actual dispensing facility, especially for NAD+, which the NAD+ page covers in more depth. Before pharmacy transmission the refund policy permits full cancellation refunds, including after clinical review. For prepaid plans, unshipped months use the discounted total actually paid divided by the plan months; they are not repriced at retail. Cancel at least 48 hours before billing, and request shipment delays at least five business days before shipping.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Pick weight care or NAD+ on the homepage and answer a short qualifying quiz. You choose a plan and pay, and Sprout then emails you a link to the detailed medical questionnaire in its patient portal.

  2. 2Clinician review

A state-licensed clinician, working through the MD Integrations network named in the terms, reviews your questionnaire asynchronously and decides whether a prescription fits. If you don't qualify, the order is canceled and refunded.

  3. 3Pharmacy

Once prescribed, the order goes automatically to one of Sprout's partner pharmacies, usually within two business days. The terms name Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy; the privacy page says you may name a different licensed pharmacy instead.

  4. 4Delivery

Orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days with tracking by email. Report temperature, damage or incorrect-item concerns promptly: the policy uses 24 hours for condition reports, 48 hours for delivered-but-missing claims and other inconsistent 72-hour wording. Ask the pharmacy about temperature integrity before using affected medication. Each refill waits for a new questionnaire and a fresh clinician approval.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Foothills Pharmacy:Texas license 33883: active. This is the Texas record; confirm the assigned facility and other relevant states.Board license record
  • Promise Pharmacy:active license in Florida; the board lists past discipline
  • Prescriber step:A licensed clinician approves your questionnaire before any order shipsPass

What holds up

  • One GLP-1 price at every dose, so the cost doesn't rise as your prescriber steps the dose up
  • The homepage says the provider visit, medication and shipping are all included in the plan price
  • Full refund if you cancel before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, even after the clinician review
  • Its pages state that its compounded GLP-1s and NAD+ are not FDA-approved, in plain words
  • Phone support with published weekday hours, plus email, a street address and a patient portal

Watch-outs

  • Four-week product offers differ from the monthly wording in the cancellation policy; get the selected schedule in writing
  • The lowest GLP-1 rate needs a full 12-month plan paid upfront; ask what happens to it if you stop early
  • You pay before the full medical questionnaire, then wait for a clinician; a decline is refunded
  • Each refill ships only after a new questionnaire is approved, so a late form can delay your next dose
  • Cancel at least 48 hours before billing; shipment-delay requests need five business days before shipping

Fits you if

Someone who wants a compounded GLP-1 at a price that stays put as the dose rises, and who doesn't mind a short questionnaire before each refill. It also suits NAD+ buyers who want the injection kit and shipping folded into one charge.

Look elsewhere if

Look elsewhere if you want peptides such as sermorelin or glutathione, a video visit by default, or a plan that bills once per calendar month. People who want the dispensing pharmacy named on the order page before paying should also shop around.

Questions about Sprout Health

How much does Sprout Health cost each month?
A dependable calendar-month comparison is not established while four-week product offers differ from the monthly cancellation-policy wording. Confirm whether the selected offer covers your actual prescribed dose and what commitment is required.
Is the NAD+ price the same every month?
The current NAD+ page describes a first-month promotion followed by a four-week charge, but the formal policy uses monthly wording. Get the full first payment, later charge and dates in writing; the headline alone is not a comparable calendar-month bill.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, up to a point. You get a full refund if you cancel before the prescription goes to the pharmacy. Once it's sent, the charge isn't refundable, and dispensed medication can't be returned.
Does Sprout Health have an FDA warning letter?
Yes. FDA sent Sprout Health Partners a warning letter about website wording that described its compounded GLP-1s as FDA-approved. The box near the top of this page shows the date and links to the letter itself.
Which pharmacy fills a Sprout Health order?
The terms name Foothills Pharmacy and Promise Pharmacy as its pharmacy contacts but don't say which fills a given order. Ask the care team before your first shipment, and see the license lines on this page.
