What the fine print shows

Next Vial markets compounded NAD+ injection and nasal spray, sermorelin, glutathione and PT-141 alongside other telehealth treatments. The current public NAD+ and sermorelin selectors each include a one-month option labeled billed monthly, with no monthly membership fee. NAD+ is $199/mo in either form; sermorelin has the same printed one-month amount. Longer-plan figures are total plan offers rather than a smaller bill available month to month. Glutathione shows a starting figure without a comparable current plan schedule, so obtain its written supply and renewal terms. The NAD+ guide, nasal evidence review and sermorelin guide explain the separate clinical questions.

The FAQ names MD Integrations as the provider network and Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, as a pharmacy that may fill a prescription. The terms allow a requested local pharmacy, with pricing potentially different. These are disclosed relationships rather than proof of the assignment for every order. The Texas facility check below does not establish home-state or all-state licensure. The FAQ estimates clinician feedback in about 24 hours and says some states require video or live chat; that is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.

The GLP-1 product selector, its promotional banner and the separate weight-loss page do not present one consistent price. The latter also describes a four-week medication supply, which does not establish a four-week charge interval. Current GLP-1 comparison prices are therefore held pending a product-specific written quote. The FAQ’s state list omits Alaska and DC; confirm your location and requested therapy rather than treating a generic form option as proof of eligibility.

The FAQ says medication is billed when it ships and that the care team contacts you before a refill is billed. The returns policy allows subscription changes before shipping and makes prescription sales final after charge and carrier handoff. It promises reshipment for a lost package and asks patients to report damage. Its statement that no refrigerated products ship needs a product-specific answer from the assigned pharmacy. The terms identify Next Vial as the platform rather than the provider of the medical decision.

Product marketing also deserves scrutiny. The nasal page claims brain delivery and cognitive benefits, while the sermorelin FAQ describes a timetable for sleep, cosmetic and body-composition changes. Those descriptions do not themselves establish a clinical result, reliable timeline or superiority of one form. The sermorelin efficacy review distinguishes growth-hormone measurements from outcomes consumers may expect. Ask the clinician which evidence applies to the exact treatment and reason it is being offered.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You pick a therapy and plan length, then start your visit with a short medical questionnaire. The FAQ says a photo ID and selfie may be required.

  2. 2Clinician review

A U.S.-based doctor from the MD Integrations network reviews your answers, usually within about 24 hours. Some states require a video visit or live chat first.

  3. 3Pharmacy

The FAQ lists Manifest Pharmacy as a pharmacy that may fill the prescription. Confirm the assigned dispenser; the terms also allow requesting a local pharmacy.

  4. 4Delivery

The FAQ says medication is billed when shipped and that you are contacted before the next refill. Account changes must occur before shipment; confirm product-specific handling with the assigned pharmacy.

What holds up

  • Names MD Integrations and a potential dispensing pharmacy in its FAQ
  • NAD+ injection and nasal selectors show the same one-month plan amount
  • The one-month selector is labeled billed monthly and product pages say no monthly membership fee
  • FAQ describes contact before a refill is billed and shipped
  • Terms allow requesting a local pharmacy, with different pricing possible

Watch-outs

  • GLP-1 pages and promotional banner give inconsistent figures; obtain a written quote
  • Glutathione’s starting figure does not establish a comparable renewal schedule
  • FAQ state list omits Alaska and DC; verify treatment-specific eligibility
  • Prescription sales are final after charge and carrier handoff
  • Nasal brain-benefit claims and sermorelin timelines are marketing claims rather than clinical proof

Fits you if

You want to compare the one-month NAD+ or sermorelin options from a platform that names its clinician network and a possible pharmacy, while confirming the actual assignment and treatment evidence.

Look elsewhere if

You need a reconciled GLP-1 price, clear glutathione renewal terms or confirmed Alaska/DC access before you begin. Nasal delivery alone is not evidence of better clinical results.

Questions about Next Vial

How much does Next Vial charge for NAD+?
NAD+ is $199/mo on the 1-month plan, as an injection or a nasal spray, with no membership fee. The 3-, 6- and 12-month prepay totals lower the monthly figure, and the table below lists them.
Who prescribes at Next Vial?
The FAQ says its provider network is MD Integrations, with U.S.-based, state-licensed doctors. Most states use an online review; some require a video visit or live chat.
Which pharmacy fills Next Vial orders?
The FAQ lists Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, as the pharmacy that may fill your prescription, and the returns policy prints the same address.
Does Next Vial serve every state?
The FAQ’s published state list omits Alaska and DC. Confirm eligibility for your location and exact therapy before paying; a generic form option is not proof of care availability.
Can I get a refund from Next Vial?
The policy says prescription sales are final after charge and carrier handoff, with subscription changes available before shipping. It describes reshipment for lost packages and asks patients to report damage; it does not promise an ordinary post-dispensing refund.
