What the fine print shows
Enhance MD is mainly a GLP-1 program, and NAD+ is its one longevity product. It comes two ways: subcutaneous vials and needle-free sublingual wafers. Prices are printed on the NAD+ page with every plan length. The 1-month plan bills every 4 weeks, and longer plans bill every 12, 24 or 48 weeks at a lower per-month rate. Calendar-month comparisons use the charge multiplied by 365, divided by 28 and then 12; actual payment counts depend on when billing starts. The table converts the vial price to $216.18/mo and the wafer price to $107.54/mo by calendar month. The site's own comparison chart quotes the 12-month rate, which is lower than what a month-to-month buyer pays. Read the NAD+ injection evidence and the NAD+ status page before you choose a form.
The care model is more hands-on than most. The how-it-works page sets out four steps: a free medical intake, lab tests, a live video visit with a licensed provider, then delivery. Its footer names Enhance Wellness PC and iThriveMD PC; the terms additionally name EnhanceMD CA PC and say providers are employed or contracted by these separate medical groups. Enhance MD describes its role as administrative support, not medical practice. Ask which group and clinician will treat you. If you're found ineligible during onboarding, the FAQ promises a full refund of your first payment.
The pharmacy check is a Flag. The FAQ lists Tru Meds Rx, Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub, while the terms name Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx plus other licensed pharmacies. Those are different lists, not confirmation of the pharmacy assigned to an NAD+ order. The dated board records below concern specific locations: the checked Pharmacy Hub Texas nonresident license is active, and the checked Strive Texas location is on probation. That does not establish the standing of every branch or every pharmacy named in the terms. Ask for the exact dispensing name, address and license before your first shipment. You can also have the prescription sent to a pharmacy you choose, though the FAQ says you'd then pay that pharmacy directly for the medication.
The FAQ describes 28-day renewals, but the NAD+ page also offers longer 12-, 24- and 48-week billing cycles. The terms say cancel before the next billing cycle and put full payment details at checkout. Ask for your actual charge, commitment and cancellation cutoff in writing; do not assume that canceling a prepaid plan refunds the unused portion. The returns page rejects prescription returns and separately directs quality complaints to a provider call. The FAQ lists 40 states plus D.C., despite a broader all-50-states licensing statement. Confirm your state and specific product before paying. Its energy, absorption and rejuvenation promises are marketing claims, not evidence that NAD+ injections or wafers provide those benefits. The two routes are not established clinical equivalents.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Complete the free online medical intake, which covers your lifestyle and medical history. NAD+ prices for every plan length are on the product page before you give contact details.
2Clinician review
The how-it-works page lists lab tests next, then a live video visit with a licensed physician or nurse practitioner who decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Ask whether NAD+ needs the full lab panel.
3Pharmacy
The FAQ lists Tru Meds Rx, Strive and Pharmacy Hub; the terms instead name Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx plus other pharmacies. Confirm the actual dispenser. An outside pharmacy you choose bills medication separately.
4Delivery
The NAD+ page offers 4-, 12-, 24- and 48-week billing choices. The shipping policy includes 2-day priority service but explicitly does not guarantee arrival times. Ask whether longer commitments ship together or in installments and confirm the next charge before checkout.

What holds up
- NAD+ comes as subcutaneous vials or needle-free wafers, with every plan length priced on one page
- A live video visit with a licensed provider comes before any prescription, after lab tests
- The FAQ and terms disclose pharmacy names, although their lists differ; your own pharmacy bills separately
- The site identifies medical groups separately from its administrative platform
- A full refund of the first payment if you're found ineligible at any point in onboarding
Watch-outs
- The checked Texas location of FAQ-listed Strive Pharmacy is on probation in Texas; ask which one fills your order
- The 1-month plan bills every 4 weeks, so confirm renewal dates rather than assuming twelve monthly charges
- The site's comparison chart quotes the 12-month NAD+ rate, not the month-to-month price
- NAD+ commitments span 4 to 48 weeks; cancel before your next cycle and confirm unused-prepayment terms
- The FAQ lists 40 states plus D.C.; its broader all-50-states statement does not confirm your eligibility
Fits you if
You want NAD+ with real clinical steps: baseline labs and a live video visit before anything ships. It also suits anyone who'd rather try needle-free wafers before committing to injections.
Look elsewhere if
You live outside the listed launch states, or you'd rather skip labs and a video call for a longevity product. If you want every named pharmacy to have a clean board record, ask first or look elsewhere.

Questions about Enhance MD
- How much does NAD+ cost at Enhance MD?
- Vials work out to $216.18/mo and wafers to $107.54/mo on the month-to-month plan, counted by calendar month because billing runs every 4 weeks. Plans of 3, 6 or 12 months cost less per month.
- Which pharmacies does Enhance MD use?
- The FAQ names Tru Meds Rx, Strive and Pharmacy Hub, while the terms name Rite-Away, Vios and TruMedsRx plus others. The checked Strive Texas location has a board probation; a license check on one location does not establish the status of all branches. Get your exact dispenser in writing. An outside pharmacy you choose charges separately.
- Do I need labs and a video visit?
- The how-it-works page lists lab tests and then a live video visit with a licensed provider before medication ships. Labs are listed as included on the GLP-1 plans; ask whether the same applies to NAD+.
- How do I cancel Enhance MD?
- The FAQ offers help pausing or canceling by email or phone. The terms require cancellation before the next billing cycle and defer full payment terms to checkout. Longer NAD+ plans bill every 12, 24 or 48 weeks, so confirm the next charge and any unused-prepayment policy. The shipping page rejects prescription returns; ask support about quality problems separately.
