What the fine print shows

ARSYNL Rx keeps its pricing plain. The reviewed NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione pages show a monthly plan and longer prepaid choices with totals. These pages describe medication-inclusive pricing without a separate membership fee; metformin and low-dose naltrexone instead start with a 3-month commitment. On the longevity side that covers compounded NAD+ as an injection at $149/mo or a nasal spray at $179/mo, sermorelin injections and glutathione. Read the NAD+ status page and the sermorelin page before you choose a form.

The named-pharmacy check passes. The FAQ lists the two pharmacies that may fill your prescription, Manifest Pharmacy in South Carolina and RX Compounding Store in Florida, with their addresses and phone numbers, and the license lines below show dated public records. The current Manifest check is its Texas nonresident record, not confirmation of every home-state license or your assignment. Confirm the actual dispensing facility for your therapy.

Who prescribes is less settled. The FAQ says the provider network is MD Integrations and names the assigned physicians in California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont. The product pages credit the Arora Health provider network and name its physician leadership. Either way, a U.S.-licensed provider reviews every order before anything ships, so the prescriber check passes, but ask which network will treat you.

A few products deserve a closer look. The tirzepatide "HypoSpray" is a compounded spray applied to the skin, and no FDA-approved tirzepatide comes in that form. Its page says one bottle lasts exactly four weeks while billing is printed as monthly. The selected one-month plan explicitly says billed monthly, at $269/mo; four weeks of supply does not establish a 28-day bill. Confirm how the refill timing aligns with the bottle. Its injectable tirzepatide page also uses B12 in the title but B6 in the body, so confirm the assigned formulation and ingredients. A testosterone HypoSpray is sold the same way, and the site itself notes that compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Metformin and low-dose naltrexone come only on a 3-month prepaid plan. No list of served states is published; the FAQ says state limits are confirmed per therapy during intake. You're billed when an order ships, ARSYNL says it contacts you before each refill is charged, and the refund policy makes charged orders final once handed to the carrier, with a contact process for damaged or lost packages. Product pages also promise a money-back guarantee without explaining how it fits that final-sales rule; request the actual guarantee conditions in writing.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Choose a therapy and plan on its product page, where the price and plan totals are printed. A brief online medical intake follows, with a photo ID and a selfie for verification.

  2. 2Clinician review

A U.S.-licensed provider reviews your intake, and most patients hear back within 24 hours. Some states require a video consult or a live chat before a prescription is written.

  3. 3Pharmacy

Manifest Pharmacy or RX Compounding Store fills your prescription, depending on the therapy. The FAQ says you can also ask about a local pharmacy, though pricing there isn't guaranteed.

  4. 4Delivery

Shipping is free and discreet, and you're billed when the order ships. ARSYNL says it contacts you before each refill is billed, and you can reorder or cancel from your account.

What holds up

  • The reviewed longevity pages print monthly and longer prepaid plan totals
  • The FAQ names both pharmacies that may fill your order, with addresses and phone numbers
  • Medication is included in the price, and every page says there's no separate membership fee
  • NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray, next to sermorelin and glutathione
  • The FAQ says you're contacted before each refill is billed, and you're charged only when it ships

Watch-outs

  • The FAQ names MD Integrations while product pages credit the Arora Health network; ask who prescribes
  • The tirzepatide "HypoSpray" is a compounded skin spray; no FDA-approved tirzepatide uses that form
  • The skin-spray bottle covers four weeks while the selected plan bills monthly; confirm refill alignment
  • No list of served states; limits are confirmed per therapy during intake
  • Metformin and low-dose naltrexone start at three months; clarify the money-back guarantee versus final-sales policy

Fits you if

You want NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, sermorelin or glutathione at a printed monthly price with the option to prepay for less. It suits buyers who want both pharmacies named before they order.

Look elsewhere if

You want to know your state is covered before you start, or a single clear answer on which medical group prescribes. Skip the tirzepatide spray if you'd rather stay with a form that has an FDA-approved counterpart.

Questions about ARSYNL Rx

How much does ARSYNL Rx cost for NAD+ and sermorelin?
On the 1-month plan, NAD+ injections are $149/mo, the NAD+ nasal spray $179/mo and sermorelin $169.99/mo. Longer plans lower the monthly rate and are billed once up front.
Which pharmacies does ARSYNL Rx use?
Its FAQ lists Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina, and RX Compounding Store in Miami, Florida. Which one fills your prescription depends on the therapy and medication you're prescribed.
Who prescribes at ARSYNL Rx?
The FAQ names MD Integrations as its provider network, while product pages name the Arora Health provider network. A licensed provider reviews each order either way, so ask support which group will treat you.
Does ARSYNL Rx charge a membership fee?
No. Product pages say pricing is flat, the medication is included and there's no separate membership fee. Hormone pages describe follow-up bloodwork as included; initial testing may be separate and recent labs may be accepted. Ask for any initial test charge before ordering.
Is ARSYNL Rx available in every state?
It serves the United States only, and the FAQ says state restrictions are disclosed per therapy during intake. No list of served states is published, so confirm your state early in the intake.
