What the fine print shows
Strut Health sells compounded sermorelin, NAD+ and GLP-1s from one account, with public auto-refill prices for the covered injectable treatments and sermorelin lozenges. The physician consult, follow-ups and shipping are folded into that price, and there's no separate membership. The site also sells optional longevity lab panels; ask whether your clinician requires any tests for your particular treatment. Sermorelin comes two ways: a lozenge or an injection, each with a selected recurring offer shown in the table. The NAD+ page ties its selected single-cycle price to one vial. Subscription terms specify charges every 30 or 90 days, depending on the refill schedule; a 30-day bill is not a calendar-month bill. The offer table preserves selected printed 30-day amounts separately from monthly comparisons annualized on a 365-day basis. Unquoted 90-day plans need a separate total. Status and evidence for each compound live on the sermorelin page and the NAD+ page.
The weak spot is the pharmacy. Product pages say a "U.S. licensed pharmacy" fills each order, and the telemedicine consent says prescriptions go to the pharmacy of your choice or to "Strut Health's partner pharmacy". None of the terms, privacy policy, refund policy or FAQ names that partner. That's why the pharmacy check is a Flag. Ask support which pharmacy will fill your prescription, and in which state it's licensed, before your first order ships.
FDA sent this company a warning letter about how its compounded GLP-1s were presented online, including product images labeled with the Strut name and wording that compared them to brand drugs. The letter concerns the weight-loss line, not sermorelin or NAD+, but it's worth reading before you join. The FDA box on this page links it.
Prices carry an "as low as" or auto-refill label, and the one-time price isn't printed anywhere. Oral semaglutide shows one figure on its product page and a higher one on the semaglutide overview page, so confirm which applies before you pay. The terms name Titan Health and affiliates; the telemedicine consent separately lists additional medical entities, so confirm which group and clinician will handle your intake. Some states allow the review to happen without a phone call. Once the pharmacy has processed an order there are no refunds, so make changes in your account at least 48 hours before a refill runs.
Printed Strut refill offers
| Product | Printed refill amount | Billing period |
|---|---|---|
| NAD+ injection | $149 | 30 days |
| Sermorelin injection | $119 | 30 days |
| Sermorelin lozenge | $99 | 30 days |
| Compounded semaglutide injection | $129 | 30 days |
| Compounded tirzepatide injection | $149 | 30 days |
| Compounded oral tirzepatide | $199 | 30 days |
Section 20 of Strut’s terms specifies charges every 30 or 90 days depending on the refill schedule. These selected single-cycle offers are shown per 30 days, not per calendar month. The 90-day option and one-time purchase costs are not priced here. Oral semaglutide remains unpriced because its product and overview pages disagree. Confirm the prescribed product, full bill and renewal date before paying.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Pick a treatment on the site and fill in an online questionnaire about your health history. The company says it takes about five minutes, and no contact details are needed to see the price.
2Clinician review
A physician reviews your answers and prescribes if appropriate, according to the provider. The terms name Titan Health and affiliates; confirm the medical entity assigned to you. Some states allow that review without a phone call, and messaging stays open afterward.
3Pharmacy
The prescription goes to Strut Health's partner pharmacy, or to a pharmacy you choose. The reviewed policy and treatment pages do not name the partner, so ask support which one fills your order.
4Delivery
Orders ship free in plain packaging, and first orders usually go by two-day express. A check-in follows a few days after you start, and refills follow the 30- or 90-day subscription schedule selected.

- Sermorelin comes as a lozenge or an injection, each with its own printed recurring refill price
- The NAD+ page ties its selected price to one vial; terms disclose30/90-day charges
- The terms name Titan Health and affiliates, and the telemedicine consent identifies additional clinical entities
- You can cancel, pause or delay a refill from your account without calling anyone
Watch-outs
- FDA sent the company a warning letter over how its compounded GLP-1s were labeled and described online
- No page names the pharmacy that fills your order, only a "U.S. licensed pharmacy"; ask before you pay
- Listed prices are auto-refill rates, and a one-time purchase price isn't published
- Oral semaglutide shows two different prices on two of its own pages; ask which one checkout uses
- FAQ says Arkansas is excluded; confirm state/product eligibility and processed-order refund limits
Fits you if
You want a lozenge or injectable sermorelin, or a recurring NAD+ vial, at a printed price that already covers the physician and shipping. It also suits anyone who'd like GLP-1s and peptides in the same account.
Look elsewhere if
You want to know the dispensing pharmacy before you order, or a provider without an FDA warning letter attached to its brand matters to you. Its FAQ names Arkansas as excluded; confirm current product and state eligibility.

Questions about Strut Health
- How much does Strut Health cost for sermorelin and NAD+?
- The offer table records the selected recurring 30-day prices for sermorelin lozenges, sermorelin injections and a single NAD+ vial. Terms also allow 90-day refills without a quoted total here. Confirm the actual billing schedule; the reviewed product offers describe the physician visit and shipping as included.
- Which pharmacy fills Strut Health prescriptions?
- The site says a U.S. licensed pharmacy fills each order and mentions a partner pharmacy, but it doesn't name it. Ask support for the pharmacy's name and license state before you pay.
- Does Strut Health charge a membership fee?
- No separate membership is described on the reviewed treatment pages. The product price covers the physician consult, follow-up visits, messaging and shipping. Optional lab panels are sold separately as one-time purchases.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- You can cancel, pause or delay a refill from your account, with 48 hours' notice before it processes. Once the pharmacy has processed an order, the refund policy rules out refunds and returns.
- Is Strut Health available in every state?
- Its current FAQ repeats an older availability statement that it serves every state except Arkansas, and some medications may not be offered in every state. Your intake confirms what you can get where you live.
