What the fine print shows

Joi + Blokes operates women’s and men’s storefronts with a broad longevity menu: NAD+ nasal spray or injection, sermorelin injection or troche, glutathione, topical GHK-Cu and rapamycin. The NAD+ nasal subscription lists 150 dollars for a one-month supply. Other products use different pack sizes: NAD+ injection 400 dollars for ten weeks, sermorelin 559 dollars for twelve weeks and GHK-Cu cream 159 dollars for two months. A pack’s supply length does not by itself establish a recurring charge interval. Their advertised monthly equivalents therefore are not treated as verified automatic monthly bills. Compare the full pack cost, lab charges and exact refill schedule before joining.

FDA sent this company a warning letter about its website's claims for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The FDA box on this page links to it; read what it covers before you join. The examples the letter quotes come from the GLP-1 pages, not the longevity products, but it's the same company handling your order. Among them: pictured labels that named Joi + Blokes as if it compounded the drugs.

The terms name seven pharmacy partners: Strive, Pharmacy Hub, Tailor Made, Cadre Labs, Empower, Partell and LillyDirect’s self-pay service. The actual dispenser depends on the medication and location; LillyDirect’s brand-drug role does not make it a general longevity compounder. The Texas findings shown below concern an identified Strive facility’s probation and Partell’s Texas license revocation. They do not establish that every Strive branch is disciplined or that Partell’s home-state license is revoked. Ask for your assigned facility, destination-state authority and product-specific preparation details before paying. A named partner network does not guarantee an individual preparation’s quality.

Product pages require a licensed-provider consultation and promise a full refund if the medication is clinically inappropriate. The general return policy instead calls prescription sales final, and lab sales are nonrefundable. Obtain written clarification of that nonapproval exception before checkout. General subscription terms describe a three-month minimum and cancellation thirty days before the next processing date; other policies describe cancel-anytime rules for particular programs. Establish the rule for your exact product rather than assuming one policy covers every treatment. Labs are separately priced where required. The NAD+ evidence, sermorelin evidence and topical GHK-Cu review explain the separate clinical questions.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You fill in a health history form and, for most longevity products, order a lab test first. The product pages recommend testing before you start.

  2. 2Clinician review

A licensed provider from an affiliated medical practice reviews your history and labs, either by message or live, and decides whether to prescribe.

  3. 3Pharmacy

An appropriate partner is selected for the medication and location. Confirm the actual dispensing facility; the seven-name list does not mean every partner handles every product.

  4. 4Delivery

Subscriptions advertise free shipping. Confirm the pack size, next processing and charge dates, and product-specific cancellation rule before authorizing a recurring order.

What holds up

  • The terms name all seven partner pharmacies with street addresses, so you can look each one up
  • NAD+ comes as a nasal spray or an injection, and sermorelin as an injection or a troche
  • Every longevity product page prints a subscription price and a one-time price side by side
  • A licensed provider consults on every prescription before anything ships
  • There's no membership fee, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted

Watch-outs

  • FDA sent Joi + Blokes a warning letter over its compounded GLP-1 claims; read it before joining
  • Two named pharmacies show board discipline in Texas (Strive and Partell); ask which fills your order
  • General three-month and thirty-day cancellation terms differ from some program-specific cancel-anytime policies
  • Most longevity products need a lab first, and the lab is billed on top of the product price
  • Pack supply lengths and monthly equivalents do not establish automatic renewal dates

Fits you if

You want NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione or a copper peptide cream from one provider, with prices printed up front and the pharmacies named, and you're fine with lab work first and a three-month commitment.

Look elsewhere if

You need a simple verified monthly charge, an unambiguous cancellation window, or an assigned pharmacy identified before checkout. Read the separate laboratory and nonapproval refund terms too.

Questions about Joi + Blokes

How much does NAD+ cost at Joi + Blokes?
The nasal subscription lists 150 dollars for one month and the injectable subscription 400 dollars for a ten-week supply. The latter supply length does not prove the recurring charge interval. Obtain a written refill schedule and add any required lab charges.
Has FDA sent Joi + Blokes a warning letter?
Yes. FDA sent a warning letter about the website's claims for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The FDA box on this page links to the letter so you can read what it covers.
Which pharmacies fill Joi + Blokes orders?
The terms name seven: Strive Pharmacy, Pharmacy Hub, Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy, Cadre Labs, Empower Pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy and a LillyDirect self-pay pharmacy. Ask which will fill yours.
Can I cancel a Joi + Blokes subscription?
The general terms set a three-month minimum and thirty-day notice before processing, while other policies describe cancel-anytime terms for certain programs. Product pages promise a clinical-ineligibility refund despite the general final-sale language. Ask which written rules apply to your selected medication.
Do I need labs to start at Joi + Blokes?
Requirements depend on the medication and clinical review. Many longevity listings show a lab requirement, and lab purchases are separately priced and described as nonrefundable. Confirm the exact panel, cost and nonapproval refund treatment before ordering.
