What the fine print shows

Fridays sells a longevity line next to its GLP-1 programs: compounded sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, a daily liposomal oral NAD+, and microdose tirzepatide and semaglutide marketed "without a weight loss focus". The longevity cards print only a "quarterly price" per month, so you commit to a 3-month plan to get the printed rate, and no month-to-month price is shown. That's why sermorelin and NAD+ sit below the price table. The oral NAD+ card doesn't say whether it's a compounded prescription or a supplement, so ask. Start with the sermorelin page and NAD+ page for where each stands.

The microdose products have their own details to check. The tirzepatide microdose is a weekly injection, but the current promotional and plan presentation does not establish a standing renewal amount. GLP-1 comparison prices are withheld pending a written plan quote. The oral semaglutide microdose is described as a blend that contains compounded semaglutide, but the other ingredients aren't listed. The separate peptides page currently presents limited enrollment and a waitlist, with a fall launch message but no confirmed orderable formulation. Treat that as an announcement, not proof that a specific peptide is currently prescribed or lawfully compounded. Longevity and microdose benefit claims are marketing; clinical oversight does not itself establish efficacy for energy, anti-aging or inflammation.

The pharmacy check passes. Fridays' terms list its partner pharmacies, Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx, and the license lines below show their board records. Clinical care comes from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC "and other networks"; the site mentions video visits and unlimited provider visits but doesn't say when a visit is live and when it's written.

Read the billing terms before you enroll. You're charged for the first cycle when you submit your intake. Partial plan periods aren't refunded, a cancellation needs 72 hours' notice before billing, and the locked "Forever Pricing" is lost after cancellation or a patient-requested product, dose, frequency or plan change. The same terms protect the rate for provider-directed changes: a clinician-directed product or plan change carries the locked price over, while a clinician-directed dose or frequency adjustment within the same product leaves it unchanged. A failed payment alone does not forfeit the locked price. The current GLP-1 page mixes month-to-month, promotional and longer-plan presentations; do not assume the headline is the standing monthly bill. The pricing page identifies paid testimonials.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

An online eligibility quiz asks your state, sex and birth date, then which programs interest you. The longevity and microdose prices are printed on the public pages before you start.

  2. 2Clinician review

A provider from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners or another contracted network reviews your history and decides whether to prescribe. The site mentions video visits but doesn't say when one is required.

  3. 3Pharmacy

If you're prescribed, one of the partner pharmacies named in the terms fills the order. The pages don't say which partner handles which product, so ask if that matters to you.

  4. 4Delivery

The pharmacy ships your supply, and refills follow your plan's billing cycle. The Fridays app adds coaching, dietitian access and support groups alongside the prescription.

What holds up

  • The terms list all four partner pharmacies by name, so you can look up each one's license
  • Sermorelin, NAD+ injection and NAD+ nasal spray sit in one longevity menu with a printed plan rate
  • Microdose tirzepatide and oral semaglutide carry a printed monthly price on their own page
  • Membership is included at no charge with the compounded plans, and medication cost is folded in
  • The site distinguishes program eligibility; confirm your state and exact treatment before enrolling

Watch-outs

  • Sermorelin and NAD+ show only a quarterly-plan monthly rate; no month-to-month price is printed
  • The oral NAD+ card doesn't say whether it's a compounded prescription or a supplement
  • The oral semaglutide microdose is a blend whose other ingredients aren't listed
  • Patient-requested changes can forfeit Forever Pricing; provider-directed changes have stated protections
  • Promotions and longer commitments need plan-specific confirmation, and testimonials are disclosed as paid

Fits you if

You're comfortable committing to a quarterly plan for sermorelin or NAD+, or you want a microdose GLP-1 marketed for longevity rather than weight loss, from a company that names its pharmacies.

Look elsewhere if

You want a month-to-month longevity price, or full ingredient lists before you order. If you'd rather keep the freedom to change your plan without losing your rate, the Forever Pricing terms work against you.

Questions about Fridays

How much does Fridays cost for longevity products?
Sermorelin, NAD+ injections and NAD+ nasal spray show a monthly rate on a 3-month plan only. Current GLP-1 and microdose renewal prices need written confirmation; the older comparison figures are withheld.
Which pharmacies does Fridays use?
Its terms name Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx as partner pharmacies. The site doesn't say which partner fills each product, so ask support before your order ships.
Does Fridays sell peptides like BPC-157?
The separate peptides page presents a waitlist and limited-enrollment announcement without establishing a currently orderable BPC-157 formulation. Do not infer availability, FDA approval or compounding eligibility from that announcement. Sermorelin and NAD+ are already described on its separate longevity menu.
What is Forever Pricing at Fridays?
It locks the enrolled product rate while the subscription stays active. Cancellation and patient-requested dose, frequency, plan or product changes forfeit the rate. The terms separately protect provider-directed changes and say a failed payment alone does not forfeit it. Obtain the terms for your enrolled product before relying on the promise.
Can I get a refund from Fridays?
Partial plan periods aren't refunded. The terms list medical disqualification before services, verified billing errors and legally required refunds, plus possible credit when switching programs. Dispensed prescriptions generally cannot be returned. Cancellations require 72 hours before the scheduled bill; report damaged or incorrect medication within 24 hours. Confirm any other plan-specific conditions in writing.
