Sorted by grade, then by name. Within a grade, Partners can appear first.
Funding note: Some providers here are Partners: a sign-up from their links earns us a fee. Nothing on this page is sorted by who pays. How we're funded.

FDA approved Rybelsus, a semaglutide tablet for type 2 diabetes, on September 20, 2019. Its newer formulation was renamed Ozempic tablets on January 30, 2026. Neither is labeled for weight loss.
FDA approved the Wegovy pill on December 22, 2025. Its label covers reducing excess weight and keeping it off in adults with obesity, or overweight with a weight-related condition. It also covers cutting the risk of heart attack and stroke in adults with heart disease and obesity or overweight.
Every other oral semaglutide is compounded: drops held under the tongue, troches, dissolving tablets and capsules. 6 of the 18 providers here prescribe a brand pill, and 13 prescribe a compounded oral form; 1 offer both.
By form, oral semaglutide here breaks down as tablet at 9 providers, dissolving tablet at 5 providers, sublingual at 3 providers, capsule at 1 provider and lozenge (troche) at 1 provider. Some providers sell more than one form.
A tablet can be the brand pill or a pharmacy's own compounded tablet, and the card's form label alone won't tell you which. The provider's check page names the product. If you want the FDA-labeled pill, ask for it by its brand name.
No FDA review has looked at how much semaglutide a compounded drop, troche or capsule delivers. That doesn't make one unsafe, but it means the exact preparation’s quality, absorption and clinical evidence need separate assessment. Ask the prescriber why a compounded oral form suits you better than the labeled one.
Licensed US pharmacy. 8 of the 18 don't name a dispensing pharmacy with an active license. A brand pill is dispensed by a pharmacy too, so the check applies to both kinds. For a compounded troche or drop, that pharmacy also made it.
Prescriber reviews you first. All 18 state that a clinician reviews your intake before prescribing. A pill is no less a prescription than a pen.
Price shown before signup. 7 of the 18 pass. DirectMeds, ElleS, Fridays, He & She MD and 7 more take the Flag. A provider can pass this check and still show no oral price, if the price it does publish is for another form.
No research-only products. DirectMeds and He & She MD sell an experimental product needing separate regulatory clarification, and the check page names it. Oral semaglutide itself never triggers this Flag.
2 providers here pass all 4 for an A and 12 pass 3 for a B. How we check explains each one.
5 providers sell only a brand pill, and 1 of them pass all 4 checks. With an A: PauseRx (no standing price up front). With a B: AgelessRx at $349, Fridays (no standing price up front) and Heally at $149. With a B: Ivím Health at $224.
12 providers sell only a compounded oral form, and 1 of them pass all 4 checks. With an A: Luvo Health at $281.35. With a B: Lttl (no standing price up front), MangoRx (no standing price up front) and MEDGm (no standing price up front). With a B: Nu Image Medical (no standing price up front), PlexusDx at $149 and Prime Doctor RX (no standing price up front). With a B: Strut Health (no standing price up front) and Try Ageless (no standing price up front). With a C: ElleS (no standing price up front) and He & She MD (no standing price up front). With a D: DirectMeds (no standing price up front).
The grade travels with the provider, not with the kind of pill. A brand pill from a provider with a Flag still carries that Flag, and a compounded troche from an A-graded provider is still a product with no FDA-approved label. Weigh both.
5 of the 18 providers publish a standing monthly oral price, from $149 at Heally to $349 at AgelessRx. A year at those two ends is $1,788 or $4,188.
Brand-only providers print $149, $224 and $349. Compounded-only providers run from $149 to $281.35. On this list, a compounded oral form doesn't start lower than the brand pill.
AgelessRx folds a required membership into its figure, so the card shows the all-in monthly cost, not the pill alone.
Luvo Health bills by the 4-week supply, a 28-day charge interval; the card shows the calendar-month figure.
DirectMeds, ElleS, Fridays, He & She MD and 9 more show no standing oral price up front. Some programs print only their own fee and leave the drug's price to the pharmacy that fills it, so ask for the total before you join.
Is it the Wegovy pill, a type 2 diabetes tablet, or a compounded form? Which pharmacy fills it, and in which state is it licensed? Is the monthly figure for the pill alone, or does it fold in a membership?
Those three answers decide most of what the grade can't. The grade tells you how the provider handles pharmacy, prescriber, price and catalog. It doesn't tell you which oral product is right for you; that is a question for the prescriber.
The Wegovy pill and Ozempic tablets have FDA labels; a compounded troche or drop does not. Ask which one you'd get.
1 of the 18 oral providers folds a membership into the figure. Ask whether shipping, refills and follow-up visits cost extra.
For a drop, troche or dissolving tablet, ask the pharmacy what testing each batch gets before it ships.
