What the fine print shows
MEDGm offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections and a dissolving semaglutide tablet. Product pages advertise included laboratory work, clinician review, medication and shipping, with the same medication price across the listed dose range. Those are program descriptions rather than proof that every clinically ordered test or additional service is included. Confirm the exact medication, form, laboratory panel and follow-up arrangement in your selected agreement. A compounded dissolving tablet should not be assumed equivalent to an FDA-approved oral semaglutide product. Compare the semaglutide providers and tirzepatide providers by the same disclosure checks.
The product ladder distinguishes a lower first payment, a later one-month offer and three-, six- or twelve-month supplies paid in advance. A longer plan’s monthly equivalent is not a month-to-month payment. The FAQ describes four-week refills, while the terms tie recurring charges to the selected subscription term. Shipping every four weeks does not establish billing every twenty-eight days. The comparison therefore withholds a normalized recurring quote pending a consistent written charge schedule. Ask for the full amount due now, all renewal dates and any applicable taxes.
The terms contain a consequential timing provision: billing or medication shipment may occur up to ten days before the stated renewal date. Elsewhere, cancellation is due seventy-two hours before renewal. Those statements do not establish whether a cancellation made after an early charge reverses that charge. Obtain a written answer before enrolling. The same terms say membership charges continue even if you miss a refill form or receive no shipment in a period, because access to clinicians and the platform is part of the fee. Skipping medication or a check-in is not cancellation.
The public footer describes OpenLoop-associated clinical care, while the terms refer to affiliated professional practices and allow physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants or other licensed clinicians. An initial synchronous review is described, followed by potentially asynchronous refills. Ask who is assigned, their state license and whether extra labs or a live follow-up are needed. The terms advertise general availability across all states and D.C. but expressly qualify individual services and medications. A state selector or broad coverage claim does not verify eligibility for your particular prescription.
The cancellation page promises a medical-disqualification refund and a full refund within the first seventy-two hours only if no service has been received. Ordinary monthly cancellation does not refund the paid month. For prepaid plans, the refund page says unshipped months are refundable, but the terms instead deny voluntary partial refunds. That conflict needs written resolution before prepaying. Damaged or incorrect medication may qualify for replacement after prompt reporting. The public terms also allow price changes with notice, so a same-dose-price claim does not guarantee the amount can never change.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Choose the medication and subscription term, then obtain a full written charge schedule before paying. Longer bundles require payment for the entire selected term upfront.
2Clinician review
The terms describe an initial synchronous clinical assessment after payment and potentially asynchronous refill reviews. Confirm the assigned professional, state license and extra testing requirements.
3Pharmacy
Named pharmacy partners are listed, but the actual dispenser depends on your medication and destination. Confirm the exact facility and formulation; a partner list does not guarantee an individual order.
4Delivery
The terms permit charges or shipment up to ten days before renewal and continuing membership charges without a refill shipment. Obtain the actual cutoff and retain cancellation confirmation.

What holds up
- Product pages distinguish introductory offers from longer prepaid supplies.
- Laboratory work and clinician support are advertised as included; confirm the exact services.
- Injection and dissolving-tablet options are described separately.
- The refund page states a medical-disqualification exception.
- Named pharmacy-partner information can be requested before a prescription is dispensed.
Watch-outs
- Charges may occur ten days early, despite a seventy-two-hour pre-renewal cancellation cutoff.
- Membership can continue billing when no refill form or shipment occurs.
- The refund page and terms disagree about unshipped prepaid months.
- A four-week shipment schedule does not establish the recurring charge interval.
- A same-dose-price claim does not prevent later price changes allowed with notice.

Questions about MEDGm
- How much does MEDGm cost?
- Product pages show an introductory amount, a later monthly offer and longer prepaid bundles. Four-week shipment descriptions and early-renewal terms require a written payment schedule before a monthly total can be compared reliably.
- Does missing a refill stop billing?
- No. The terms say platform and clinician-access charges can continue without a completed refill form or medication shipment. Cancel the subscription explicitly rather than assuming a skipped order stops it.
- When can the next charge occur?
- The terms permit charges up to ten days before renewal but separately require seventy-two-hour cancellation notice. Ask which deadline prevents an early charge and whether a timely cancellation reverses one.
- Can prepaid unused months be refunded?
- The refund page promises refunds for months without a shipment, while the terms deny voluntary prepaid partial refunds. Get the applicable rule in writing. Medical disqualification and early no-service cancellation have separate exceptions.
- Are MEDGm compounded tablets FDA-approved?
- No. A compounded dissolving semaglutide tablet is not the same product as an approved oral semaglutide medicine. Ask the clinician about formulation-specific evidence and suitability.
