What the fine print shows
Belle describes itself as a Utah telehealth practice with an in-house team. Its team page lists Patrick Taylor as chief medical officer, alongside physician-assistant, nurse-practitioner, nursing and dietitian roles. These are company disclosures, not a separate credential audit. Its current menu includes compounded NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione injections, tirzepatide microdosing and a topical GHK-Cu cream. The longevity pages show starting monthly figures without establishing a selected plan length or full recurring charge. Compare the evidence on the NAD+ page, sermorelin page and glutathione page; marketing about energy or recovery is not proof of benefit.
Belle’s own GLP-1 guide lists month-to-month compounded semaglutide at $199/mo and tirzepatide at $249/mo, with lower rates for longer plans and the same advertised price at each dose. Its billing help also describes plans paid in full upfront, so a monthly equivalent is not necessarily your checkout charge. Confirm the term total, renewal date and early-exit terms. There is no advertised membership fee. Belle Rewards gives eligible purchases account credit, not cash; government-program purchases are excluded. The quote checklist covers the questions to ask.
Belle’s pharmacy page assigns NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione to Hillstone or Olympia; topical copper peptide cream to The Pharmacy Hub; and GLP-1 products to Hillstone, OptioRx or BPI, depending on the product. It describes their 503A or 503B roles. Those descriptions do not verify every license or the pharmacy assigned to you. OptioRx is a group name, and the older terms name a different set including VitalRx. Newer pharmacy help says you can choose between available partners at checkout, at the same price, when your plan offers a choice. Confirm the exact dispensing facility and state eligibility; the medication label should identify it.
FDA’s warning letter 721795 addressed compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide images implying that Belle compounded the drugs. Current pages say Belle does not manufacture or compound them; that wording does not itself establish FDA closure of the letter. The issue is distinct from proving a longevity treatment effective. See the explanation of off-label and unapproved products.
Payment and cancellation deserve a close read. Newer help says your card is charged in full at checkout and a placed order cannot be canceled or refunded, with a full refund if the prescription is not approved. Older terms instead describe the no-refund cutoff as shipment. Use the earlier order-placement cutoff when deciding whether to proceed, and ask Belle to reconcile it in writing. Canceling in the portal stops future renewals, but already-paid shipments continue through a prepaid term. Incorrect or defective products must be reported within seven days of delivery. Belle advertises free shipping and delivery in three to five days; treat that as an estimate rather than a guaranteed approval-to-door deadline.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Complete an online health screening. Confirm the full plan charge before checkout: billing help says payment is collected when the order is placed.
2Clinician review
Belle says a clinician licensed for your state reviews your intake. Applying does not guarantee a prescription; confirm whether your first review includes a live visit.
3Pharmacy
Belle says the assigned partner depends on treatment and state. Where alternatives are offered, its help says you may select an available pharmacy at checkout; confirm the exact facility.
4Delivery
Belle advertises free shipping and three-to-five-day delivery. Portal pause or cancellation stops future unpaid renewals; already-paid shipments continue. Confirm your processing and delivery estimate.

What holds up
- Current pharmacy page maps partner names to specific products
- No advertised membership fee; eligible orders earn account credit
- Publishes month-to-month GLP-1 figures separately from longer-plan rates
- Portal controls let patients pause or stop future renewals
- Current billing help describes a full refund if prescribing is declined
Watch-outs
- Longevity starting figures do not establish the full selected-plan charge
- Newer help makes placed orders noncancelable; older terms say shipped orders
- Canceling a prepaid term stops renewal, rather than refunding paid shipments
- Pharmacy lists differ, and a group name does not establish your exact dispenser
- Company-reported credentials and availability need confirmation for your assigned clinician and pharmacy
Fits you if
You value disclosed partner names, an advertised membership-free model and portal control over future renewals, and will confirm the full treatment quote first.
Look elsewhere if
You need a fully specified longevity plan before checkout or want the option to cancel an already-placed prescription order.

Questions about Belle
- How much does Belle cost for NAD+ or sermorelin?
- The public pages show starting monthly figures, without establishing your selected plan length or full renewal charge. Ask for the total due now, the next charge, the supply period and any longer commitment in writing.
- Which pharmacy fills Belle orders?
- Belle lists Hillstone and Olympia for NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione. Other products use different partners. Its newer help says eligible patients can choose between available pharmacies at checkout when their plan offers alternatives; verify the exact facility and state eligibility.
- Does Belle charge a membership fee?
- Belle advertises no membership fee. Its rewards program gives eligible purchases account credit with no cash value; credit expires after 90 days without an active or paused plan. Shipping, taxes, gift cards and government-program purchases do not qualify for the advertised percentage back.
- Can I cancel or get a refund from Belle?
- Newer help says a placed order cannot be canceled or refunded, except that a declined prescription receives a full refund. Older terms use shipment as the cutoff. Canceling a prepaid plan stops future renewal while paid shipments continue. Report incorrect or defective products within seven days of delivery; confirm your order’s policy before paying.
