PauseRx review

Printed monthly prices with no membership and a named Florida pharmacy, but every figure is a "from" price and the FAQ and refund page conflict on cancellation.

What the fine print shows

PauseRx runs a long menu from one account: compounded sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and a GHK-Cu face cream, alongside testosterone, women's hormone therapy, PT-141 and weight care. Each longevity product page prints a monthly price with what it covers spelled out: the provider review, the medication, supplies and shipping. There's no membership on top. Sermorelin comes as a nightly injection at $349/mo or a dissolving troche at $249/mo, and NAD+ comes the same two ways. Status and evidence for each one live on the sermorelin page, the NAD+ page and the glutathione page.

The pharmacy question has a direct answer. The FAQ says PauseRx works with Rush Pharmacy, and the returns address on the refund policy is a Rush Pharmacy address in Oviedo, Florida. A current Texas nonresident license for Rush is active; that does not establish the status of every other jurisdiction or facility. The product pages add that compounded medicines are made in a licensed 503A pharmacy and aren't FDA-approved, which is the plain status of every compounded product here.

Billing works differently from most subscription programs. You're charged when your medication ships, and each month brings a renewal notice: the provider looks at your answers again, and you pay only if you choose to continue. The FAQ says plainly that the monthly prescription is never debited automatically. The trade-off sits in the same FAQ. The FAQ says submitted orders cannot be changed or canceled. The refund page instead describes account changes or subscription cancellation before shipment. Get the applicable cutoff in writing; the pages do not establish one consistent rule. Prescription returns are restricted, with damaged or lost orders handled through support.

Two details deserve a question before you join. Every longevity price is a "from" figure, and the sermorelin page calls its price the rate "to start", so ask what your prescribed dose will cost each month. And the sermorelin, NAD+ and troche pages all say those products aren't available in California. If you're comparing topical options, the topical GHK-Cu evidence is worth reading before you add the cream.

Product forms require separate decisions. A dissolving troche is not established as clinically equivalent to an injection, and the provider’s energy, sleep or recovery descriptions do not prove benefit from the exact compounded preparation. Confirm the prescribed form, full first charge, later amount and any additional laboratory work. The FAQ names Rush Pharmacy, but ask for the actual dispensing facility and verify its authorization for your state. A network name or starting-price card does not certify an individual prescription.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Pick a product or use the 60-second Find My Care picker, then answer the medical questions. The price is on the product page before you hand over any details, and you'll upload a photo ID and a selfie.

  2. 2Clinician review

A licensed U.S. provider from the physician network PauseRx partners with reviews your answers, usually within 24 hours. Some states require a live video visit or a secure chat before anything is prescribed.

  3. 3Pharmacy

If you're prescribed, Rush Pharmacy, a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Florida, prepares compounded orders. Brand weight-loss drugs go through the manufacturers' own pharmacy programs instead.

  4. 4Delivery

You're billed when the order ships, and most orders ship within 48 hours with tracking. Each month a renewal notice arrives, the provider looks again, and you decide whether to pay for the next supply.

What holds up

  • The FAQ names Rush Pharmacy, and the refund policy's return address is that pharmacy's Florida location
  • Longevity prices include the provider review, medication, supplies and shipping, with no membership fee
  • Refills never charge on their own: a renewal notice comes each month and you choose whether to pay
  • Sermorelin and NAD+ each come as an injection or a no-needle troche, every one with a printed price
  • If the provider decides treatment isn't right for you, you aren't charged for treatment

Watch-outs

  • Every longevity price is a "from" figure; ask what your prescribed dose costs each month before you pay
  • Sermorelin, NAD+ and the troches aren't available in California, per their own product pages
  • FAQ rejects cancellation after submission; refund page permits account changes before shipment. Confirm the actual cutoff
  • Its compounded GLP-1 plans never name the drug, so you can't tell semaglutide from tirzepatide on the site
  • No legal company name appears in the terms or privacy policy, which refer only to Pause Rx and its owners

Fits you if

You want sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione or a GHK-Cu cream at a printed monthly price with the provider and shipping included, and you'd like to approve each refill yourself rather than be billed automatically.

Look elsewhere if

You live in California and want sermorelin or NAD+, or you need an unambiguous cancellation window after placing an order. If you need an exact price for your dose before you start, the "from" figures won't give it to you.
