What the fine print shows
Precision Telemed offers compounded NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and a topical GHK-Cu cream alongside other telehealth programs. Current NAD+ and sermorelin pages distinguish a discounted first month from later monthly pricing. From month two, NAD+ is $149/mo and sermorelin is $179.99/mo. The product offers describe physician oversight and shipping as included. The NAD+ guide and sermorelin guide explain the clinical evidence and FDA history; a program listing does not establish a benefit. The NAD+ efficacy review separates disease-specific research from wellness claims.
Other products need different comparisons. The glutathione page offers one- or two-vial purchases without a dependable recurring schedule. The copper-peptide page prices a 60-day supply; its approximate monthly figure is a coverage illustration rather than an established recurring monthly bill. That row is therefore excluded from monthly price comparisons. The GHK-Cu guide and topical evidence review explain why prescription branding or a higher concentration does not itself prove superior results.
The NAD+ and sermorelin pages identify Rush Pharmacy. The glutathione and cream pages describe licensed compounding pharmacies without establishing that the same facility fills every product. Confirm the actual assignment and the license relevant to your location. The footer identifies the Doctors Now physician group and distinguishes medical services from the Precision Health Digital platform named in the terms. These disclosures and a limited facility-record check do not certify all clinician credentials or pharmacy operations.
The refund policy matters even if the product page says the consultation is included. After a completed consultation but before shipment, an order may be canceled with a consultation deduction. If treatment is not approved, the policy also retains the consultation cost from the described membership-fee refund. It separately charges for late appointment cancellation, rescheduling or a no-show. The exact amounts and windows are in the table below. Product pages say no membership or subscription, so ask which payment and refund language applies to your selected program.
Once a pharmacy has dispensed, shipped or delivered medication, the policy excludes ordinary refunds. Verified non-delivery is an exception: report it within the specified short window and obtain the carrier confirmation the policy requires. Shipping promises vary too: the NAD+ page advertises shipment in 72 hours, while sermorelin describes 48-hour cold-chain dispatch. These are provider estimates, not delivery guarantees. Many product pages say all 50 states, while the cream page says 49 without naming the exclusion; verify eligibility before booking.
Precision supply offers and policy charges
| Item | Printed amount | Scope or timing |
|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu face cream | $149.99 | 60-day supply; recurring payment interval not established |
| Glutathione | $114.99 / $224.99 | One vial / two vials; no monthly renewal interval established |
| Consultation deduction | $50 | Completed visit followed by cancellation before shipping; policy also retains consultation cost when medication is not approved |
| Appointment change / no-show | $50 | Policy charges within the 24-hour window; earlier cancellation/rescheduling has no fee |
| Verified non-delivery | Medication-order refund or replacement | Notify within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery date; carrier confirmation required |
The declined-treatment section describes a membership-fee refund less consultation cost within 30 days, while general approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Product pages describe no membership or subscription. Confirm which payment, appointment and refund terms govern your exact program. These supply offers are not calendar-month renewal comparisons.

2Clinician review

3Pharmacy
Rush is named for NAD+ and sermorelin. Confirm the assigned pharmacy for your exact product rather than assuming one partner fills every order.

What holds up
- NAD+ and sermorelin pages identify Rush Pharmacy
- Product offers distinguish introductory and later monthly amounts
- Footer identifies a physician group and separates medical services from the platform
- Glutathione shows per-vial purchasing rather than disguising it as a monthly program
- Refund policy describes a verified non-delivery remedy
Watch-outs
- Budget from the later-month amount rather than the first-month offer
- Consultation deductions can apply after a visit, including when treatment is declined
- Late appointment cancellation, rescheduling and no-shows have a separate fee
- The 60-day cream supply and per-vial products do not establish monthly renewal charges
- State counts and shipping estimates vary by product; confirm the exact program
Fits you if
You want to compare printed NAD+ or sermorelin offers and can confirm the pharmacy assignment, later-month bill and consultation/refund rules before booking.
Look elsewhere if
You need a guaranteed delivery date, one universal state list, or a full refund after a completed consultation. Per-vial or 60-day supply offers also require a different comparison from a monthly program.

Questions about Precision Telemed
- How much is NAD+ after the introductory month?
- The standing NAD+ offer is $149/mo after its first-month promotion. Ask for the complete bill and any consultation deduction if treatment is declined or canceled after a visit.
- Does Rush Pharmacy fill every product?
- Rush is named on the NAD+ and sermorelin pages. Other product pages use a generic compounding-pharmacy description, so confirm the dispenser for the exact prescription.
- Can I get a full refund after my consultation?
- The policy may retain a consultation charge before shipment and also after a declined treatment decision. Late appointment changes have separate fees. Ordinary refunds are excluded after dispensing or shipment, with verified non-delivery treated separately. For that exception, notify support within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery date and provide the confirmation of delivery issues required by the policy.
- Is the cream a monthly subscription?
- The copper-peptide page quotes a 60-day supply and an approximate monthly illustration. That does not establish a recurring charge interval; obtain a written refill and payment schedule.
- Do the advertised benefits establish a personal result?
- No. Promotional timelines and a treatment menu do not establish a predicted outcome. Ask which human evidence applies to the formulation and indication; a quality-testing claim also does not supply the specific laboratory result for your dispensed product.
