What the fine print shows

The current public offers do not establish a comparable standing monthly price. NAD+ and sermorelin use different forms and supply commitments, so request the exact form, first charge, renewal amount and supply period in writing. The earlier price figures are withheld. Read the NAD+ evidence guide and sermorelin evidence guide before evaluating a proposed treatment.

A product card's lowest advertised rate is not a verified month-to-month bill. Current injection headlines identify a six-month minimum, while other form and supply selectors can differ. Do not assume a tablet, nasal spray or vial uses the same commitment. A current public one-month enrollment quote is not established. Ask for the exact total due today, whether payment is upfront or recurring, the shipment schedule and the next renewal amount. A monthly equivalent alone cannot answer those questions.

The terms spell out who does what. They say Nu Image contracts with Wellness Provider Group, a physician-owned medical group whose U.S.-based providers handle the visits, and that Absolute Pharmacy fills prescriptions unless you ask for another pharmacy. The license line below shows how Absolute reads on its state board. The company also prints its legal name and a Tampa, Florida street address. Its header says it serves all 50 states, while the terms add that some services may not be available where you live, so confirm your state on the first screen.

A product menu is not evidence of clinical benefit or regulatory clearance. The current menu includes testosterone, while the terms contain restrictions on controlled substances. Ask which clinical service is actually available for your state instead of relying on a menu label. Enclomiphene has no FDA-approved product; the 2022 advisory committee vote was a recommendation about a compounding list, not itself a final prohibition or approval. For experimental compounds, consult the BPC-157, MOTS-c and epitalon status pages rather than assuming a historical coming-soon card establishes availability.

The cancellation page says recurring products continue until canceled, with the actual interval disclosed at checkout. Cancel in the account at least 48 hours before renewal processing to avoid the next charge. Prescription sales are generally final and unused medication cannot be returned. Defective or damaged products can be replaced when a ticket and proof of purchase are submitted within seven days. The page separately preserves a potential refund for eligible first-time WAYT-less patients under its 90-day program terms; that exception does not establish a refund for sermorelin or NAD+.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You choose a program, select your state and confirm you are over 18, then answer a short questionnaire before the plan screen shows each supply length.

  2. 2Clinician review

A licensed provider from Wellness Provider Group reviews your answers, by video or message depending on the visit type, and decides whether to prescribe.

  3. 3Pharmacy

The prescription goes to Absolute Pharmacy, the pharmacy named in the terms, or to a pharmacy of your choice if you ask the provider.

  4. 4Delivery

Your supply ships under the confirmed order; recurring products auto-bill at the interval disclosed at checkout. Cancel in your account at least 48 hours before the next billing date to stop the next charge.

What holds up

  • The terms name Wellness Provider Group as the medical group and Absolute Pharmacy as the pharmacy
  • Sermorelin comes as an injection, a rapid-dissolve tablet or a nasal spray, so needles are optional
  • Public product offers identify longer supply commitments; confirm the payment schedule in writing
  • Prints its legal name, Nu Image Medical and a Tampa street address on its own pages
  • NAD+ injection includes the supplies with each month's vial

Watch-outs

  • Public sermorelin and NAD+ offers are tied to longer supplies; a current one-month renewal quote is not established
  • Prescription sales are generally final; damage claims require a ticket within 7 days, and WAYT-less has separate eligibility rules
  • Cancel auto-bill at least 48 hours before the next billing date
  • A menu or coming-soon label does not establish current availability, clinical benefit or a lawful compounding route
  • The menu includes testosterone while terms restrict controlled drugs; confirm your actual clinical service

Fits you if

You want sermorelin without injections, from a clinic that names its medical group and pharmacy in the terms. It also fits anyone who is happy to commit to a longer supply to lower the monthly figure.

Look elsewhere if

You want to see the month-to-month price on the product card, or you need the option of a refund if a treatment doesn't suit you. If a coming-soon peptide is why you came, no established routine pharmacy-compounding route supports that product.

Questions about Nu Image Medical

How much does sermorelin cost at Nu Image Medical?
Current standing monthly prices need written confirmation. Public starting or longer-supply offers do not establish a one-month renewal bill. Ask for the exact form, first payment, later payments, supply period and cancellation conditions.
Who are Nu Image Medical's doctors?
The terms say Nu Image contracts with Wellness Provider Group, a physician-owned medical group with a network of U.S.-based providers who deliver the telehealth visits.
Which pharmacy fills Nu Image Medical prescriptions?
The terms name Absolute Pharmacy as the pharmacy fulfillment service. You can also ask your provider to send the prescription to a pharmacy you choose.
Can I get a refund from Nu Image Medical?
Generally, prescription sales are final, including unused medication. Defective or damaged items can be replaced after a ticket within seven days. Eligible first-time WAYT-less patients may have a separate 90-day program refund; that is not a general prescription guarantee.
Does Nu Image Medical sell BPC-157?
This check did not establish a current purchasable BPC-157 offer. A historical coming-soon card is not proof of availability or a lawful routine compounding route. Read the compound status page and ask for the exact product and legal basis before considering any offer.
