What the fine print shows
MangoRx is a men’s telehealth brand operated by Mangoceuticals. Its current NAD+ and sermorelin pages advertise starting monthly figures, provider review, a 30-day supply and free discreet shipping. Those pages describe the product and care package, but a supply period is not a billing schedule or a final personalized quote. The NAD+ page and sermorelin page explain their evidence limits. Marketing about energy, recovery and sleep is not proof that the compounded formulation achieves those benefits.
Billing needs clarification before a normalized comparison. The FAQ describes optional Subscribe and Save auto-refills processed every 25 days and says no subscription is required; current product pages describe a 30-day supply with a starting monthly figure. A refill-processing interval does not necessarily identify when a card is charged. The terms require canceling auto-renewal at least 48 hours before renewal. Request your actual first charge, later charges, prescription quantity, processing date and cancellation cutoff in writing. Slim is a compounded oral dissolving semaglutide product with vitamin B6, distinct from approved semaglutide tablets; it should not be assumed clinically equivalent to those brands.
The terms name Epiq Scripts as a Texas pharmacy partner. The dated Texas license line is limited to that particular facility and jurisdiction; company claims of URAC, ACHC-PCAB and LegitScript status are not a separate verification of every accreditation or shipment authorization. Ask which facility will dispense your medication. Pharmacy choice wording also conflicts: the FAQ and one terms paragraph permit an outside pharmacy, while another terms paragraph purports to waive that choice. Ask for the actual transfer process and any pharmacy transfer fee before relying on an outside option.
Refund and consultation wording differs materially. The FAQ advertises free doctor visits and says a declined treatment order is refunded. A dedicated refund policy instead says a GLP-1 decision not to proceed after the appointment can retain a phone or video consultation fee. It also requires 24 hours’ appointment-cancellation notice and describes a late-cancellation or no-show fee. These provisions concern GLP-1 consultations and should not automatically be applied to every longevity order. Obtain the policy and any separate accepted fee for your treatment before booking; the broad free-visit headline does not settle the issue.
The terms describe sales as final, while the dedicated refund page permits prescription-error and pre-fill cancellation refunds and requires shipping damage reports within seven days. It asks for refund requests within 30 days of purchase or receipt. The FAQ uses fulfillment and shipment as its cancellation cutoff, so contact support before processing and obtain confirmation. Its shipping list covers 46 states plusD.C.; treatment eligibility may differ. A provider reviews your medical questionnaire and identity, with a live visit when required. Processing and shipping estimates are separate from clinician approval. These are company disclosures, not guarantees of approval, delivery or benefit.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Pick NAD+, sermorelin or Slim and answer a medical questionnaire of about five minutes. You'll upload a driver's license or other government photo ID, since the platform must confirm who you are.
2Clinician review
A US-licensed provider from MangoRx's third-party medical network reviews your answers and decides whether treatment fits. Depending on treatment and state, that's an online review or a live visit within five business days.
3Pharmacy
Terms identify Epiq Scripts as a partner. Confirm your exact dispenser and state authorization; outside-pharmacy choice and transfer-fee wording need clarification.
4Delivery
The FAQ estimates pharmacy processing within one to two business days after an approved prescription. Optional auto-refills process every 25 days; confirm actual charge dates separately.

Questions about MangoRx
- How much does MangoRx charge for NAD+ or sermorelin?
- Current longevity pages advertise starting figures with provider review, a 30-day supply and shipping. The FAQ’s 25-day refill processing and separate consultation-policy wording do not establish your all-in recurring bill. Request the exact selected quote and charge dates.
- Which pharmacy fills MangoRx orders?
- Terms name Epiq Scripts in Texas. The dated Texas record concerns a specific facility, not every jurisdiction or your actual assignment. Accreditation claims are company disclosures; confirm the dispenser and its authorization to ship to your state.
- Can I return a MangoRx order?
- General terms say sales are final, but the dedicated policy allows certain pre-fill cancellations, prescription errors and shipping-damage claims. It also describes separate GLP-1 consultation fees. Request the applicable version before payment; report shipping damage within seven days.
- Which states does MangoRx ship to?
- Its FAQ lists 46 states and Washington, D.C. Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas and Mississippi aren't on the list. If your state isn't covered, the FAQ says to email support to join a notification list.
- How often will MangoRx bill my card?
- The FAQ says optional Subscribe and Save refills process every 25 days, while current product pages describe a 30-day supply and a starting monthly figure. Neither establishes every patient’s card-charge date. Confirm the billing schedule and 48-hour renewal cancellation cutoff in writing.
