What the fine print shows
Luvo Health sells compounded NAD+, sermorelin and GLP-1 plans for one price that covers the clinician, the medication, shipping and support. There's no membership on top, and the pricing page says so in plain words. NAD+ comes as an injection, oral drops or a nasal spray, and all three cost the same. The monthly comparison figure is $216.18/mo, and sermorelin sits at the same level. The NAD+ page and the sermorelin page cover where each compound stands with FDA.
Read the billing cycle before you compare. The covered weight-loss and longevity offers bill every four weeks, confirmed as every 28 days on the pricing page. Thirteen four-week periods cover 52 weeks; that comparison is not an exact count of charges in every calendar year. The price table uses the site’s monthly comparison convention. The figure printed largest on most product pages is the first-cycle offer (half off for most programs), and the standing price starts from your second delivery. Luvo also says plans run from 4 to 24 weeks with the lowest rate on the 24-week plan, but it doesn't print the longer-plan prices product by product.
The terms answer the pharmacy question in full. Section 16 names four partner pharmacies with street addresses: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama. The dated record cards below identify checked facilities and jurisdictions; they do not confirm every home-state license or your dispenser. Terms section 3.2 names OpenLoop Healthcare Partners among possible Clinical Partners and allows other medical groups. The assigned pharmacy should appear in order and shipping documents. The FAQ allows pharmacy transfers, although compounded preparations may be impractical to transfer and a coordination fee may apply. Ask which clinician group and facility apply to you.
Two more things to plan around. Terms require cancellation at least 72 hours before the renewal or renewal-processing date, and allow charges or shipments up to two days early. Ask for the earliest processing date; waiting until 72 hours before a later advertised date may be too late. And Luvo's menu lists BPC-157 as coming soon with an email waitlist. A coming-soon listing is not a priced treatment offer or regulatory approval. FDA has not established an ordinary pharmacy-compounding route for its commercial wellness sale; authorized investigation is a separate question.
Payment and refund timing need a close read. The pricing page says there is no commitment until clinician review, but the cancellation policy says the first period is charged when intake is completed. It defines medication as ordered when a prescription is sent to the pharmacy, then says that generally happens at intake submission or a required video visit. Clinical services are nonrefundable once rendered. The policy separately promises a full refund for medical disqualification before medication is ordered; ask how those rules interact for your intake. Bundle refunds use the standard undiscounted retail rate for shipments already received, so leaving early can reduce the refund more than a simple division of the prepaid total would suggest.

How signing up works
1Sign up
You choose a program and answer a short online intake. The pricing page says no commitment until clinician review, while the cancellation policy says the first charge occurs at completed intake; confirm timing first.
2Clinician review
A licensed clinician from one of Luvo's partner medical groups reviews the intake, confirms the plan and its exact price, and decides whether to prescribe.
3Pharmacy
The prescription goes to one of the four compounding pharmacies listed in the terms, which prepares the medication for your plan.
4Delivery
Medication ships with tracking every 4 weeks, and each delivery is a new charge. You can message a real person on the care team and cancel from your account or by email, at least 72 hours before the earliest renewal-processing date.

What holds up
- One price covers the clinician review, medication, shipping and support, with no membership fee
- Terms section 16 lists all four partner pharmacies with street addresses and phone numbers
- NAD+ injection, drops and spray show the same offer price; clinical evidence and suitability differ
- Policy describes a medical-disqualification refund before medication is ordered; confirm its cutoff
- The FAQ explains that a clinician decides whether baseline or follow-up labs are needed
Watch-outs
- Covered ongoing offers bill every 28 days; compare the period and earliest processing date
- The largest price on product pages is the first-cycle discount; the standing price starts at delivery 2
- Cancel 72 hours before renewal or processing; terms allow processing up to 2 days early
- The menu promotes a BPC-157 waitlist; BPC-157 isn't cleared for pharmacy compounding
- OpenLoop is named as a possible partner; confirm the assigned practice and nonrefundable review fees
Fits you if
You want NAD+ or sermorelin at one price that already includes the clinician and shipping, and you like seeing the pharmacies named in the terms before you sign up. It also suits anyone who would rather use drops or a spray than inject, at no extra cost.
Look elsewhere if
You want calendar-month billing, prices for every plan length printed up front, or the freedom to cancel the day before a charge without paying another cycle. If you need to know your assigned medical group before sharing history, ask even though OpenLoop is listed as one possible partner.

Questions about Luvo Health
- How much does Luvo Health's NAD+ cost?
- The standing NAD+ price is charged every 4 weeks and is shown as $216.18/mo for monthly comparison in any of its three forms. The first 4 weeks are discounted, and the table below shows both figures.
- Does Luvo Health charge a membership or consultation fee?
- No separate fee appears on the pricing page. Luvo says one price covers the clinician consultation and reviews, the medication, shipping and ongoing support, with no membership fee.
- Which pharmacies does Luvo Health use?
- Its terms name four partner pharmacies: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. Ask which one fills your plan, since the terms don't say how one is chosen.
- How do I cancel Luvo Health?
- Cancel from your account or by email at least 72 hours before renewal or the renewal-processing date. Terms allow processing up to 2 days early; request that actual date. Late cancellation may incur another cycle.
- Does Luvo Health sell BPC-157?
- The public BPC-157 page is a coming-soon waitlist rather than a priced checkout. That does not establish FDA approval or an ordinary pharmacy-compounding route for commercial wellness sale.
