Terms of use

Effective

Peptide CareView checks telehealth companies that offer peptides, NAD+ and other longevity treatments, and writes up what it finds. These terms set the rules for using peptidecareview.com, where "we" and "us" mean Peptide CareView. They're numbered so you can point to a section if you write to us, and the privacy notice is part of them.

1. What a CareView Check is, and what it isn't

A CareView Check is our written record of how a provider's public pages measured up against our published method when we read them. We look at what a company says about its pharmacies, prescribers, prices and products, set that beside what regulators publish, and give a grade. We don't sell treatments, take orders, prescribe, or employ the clinicians who work with the companies we cover.

A grade is our opinion, reached by a stated method. It isn't:

  • an endorsement of a provider, its products or its clinicians;
  • a promise that a treatment is safe, effective, lawful where you live or right for you;
  • a judgment about any single clinician, pharmacist or order;
  • a guarantee that a provider's pages still say what they said when we checked them.

Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial or pharmacy advice. It can't replace an exam, a diagnosis or a prescription from a licensed clinician who knows your history, and reading a page or writing to us creates no clinician-patient relationship. Don't start, stop or change a treatment because of something you read here. Our medical notice says more. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older. The site covers US companies, US prices and FDA rules, and is meant for readers in the United States. Outside the US, following your local law is up to you. By using Peptide CareView you accept these terms, and if you don't accept them, please stop using it. Several sections below limit our liability and waive a jury trial and class actions, so they affect your legal rights.

3. Providers are separate businesses, and how we're paid

The companies we check are independent of us. When you follow a link to one, you leave Peptide CareView, and everything that happens next, from eligibility and prescribing to billing, shipping, refunds and data handling, is between you and that company under its own terms. We aren't responsible for a provider's products, services, content, conduct or policies. The same goes for the government, journal and other outside sites we link to.

Some links here are affiliate links: if you sign up through one, we may earn a commission, and you pay nothing extra. Those arrangements can affect which companies appear and where, but never a grade. How we're funded explains more.

4. Facts change, so confirm before you pay

Prices, plans, pharmacies, product lists and regulatory decisions change, often with no warning. Each check reflects its sources when it was written, and we can't promise any page is complete, current or free of mistakes. Before paying, confirm with the provider what the price is, what it covers and which pharmacy fills the prescription. Spotted an error? The corrections page tells you how to flag it.

5. How you may use the site

Read Peptide CareView, share it and link to it freely for your own non-commercial purposes. Please don't:

  • copy or harvest the site's content or data with bots, scrapers or scripts unless we've agreed in writing (search and AI discovery services following our robots file may index, summarize and cite our public pages);
  • use our content, grades or data to train or feed a machine-learning model or dataset without written permission;
  • create fake, automated or repeated clicks on provider links, or tamper with how referrals are credited;
  • try to break into the site, test its security, or get around limits we set;
  • overload the site with traffic or requests, or upload malicious code;
  • frame, mirror or republish the site so that it looks like yours or like we back you;
  • use the site for anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Our content, and what you send us

The writing, grades, checks, tables, graphics, design and code here belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to view and use the site under these terms. You may link to any page, and you may excerpt a few lines if you link to where they came from. Republishing whole pages, folding our grades into another list or product, or selling access to our work needs our written permission. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and appear only so readers can tell companies apart; they imply no affiliation.

When you send a tip, correction or suggestion, you confirm you're free to share it and give us a free, worldwide, perpetual license to use it to check facts, fix pages and publish what we learn. We won't print your name or email address without asking. We may not use or answer every message, and we don't pay for submissions. Please leave out confidential information and details about your health.

If you think something on Peptide CareView uses your copyrighted work without permission, write to us at the legal address on our Contact page.

7. Warranties, liability and indemnity

No warranties

The site is offered "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful code. Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this section may not apply where you live.

Limit on our liability

As far as the law permits, neither Peptide CareView nor the people who write for and run it will be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, connected with your use of the site, its content, or any provider or other third party you reached through it, under any legal theory and even if we were warned such damages could happen. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site or these terms is capped at the greater of what you paid us to use the site in the 12 months before the claim (usually nothing) or 100 US dollars. Liability the law doesn't let us limit stays unlimited.

Your indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Peptide CareView and the people who write for and run it against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of someone else's rights.

8. Florida law, Florida courts and waivers

The laws of the State of Florida govern these terms and any dispute connected with them or with Peptide CareView, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be heard only by a state or federal court sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we each consent to those courts' personal jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights and any venue protections that applicable law does not allow us to waive remain in force. There is no arbitration requirement in these terms.

Jury trial waiver. Where the law allows it, both you and we waive any right to a jury trial in a dispute connected with these terms or the site.

Class action waiver. To the extent the law allows, disputes will be brought only individually, never as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action.

9. Ending access, changes, and the fine print

We may suspend or block access to all or part of the site at any time and without notice, for example after a breach of these terms or to protect the site. Sections 3 through 9 keep applying after your use ends.

We may revise these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes, and an important change will be described on this page. Using the site after a revision means you accept it, though a change won't apply to a dispute that arose before it took effect.

Should a court hold a provision of these terms unenforceable, it still applies as far as it can, and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term right away doesn't waive it. These terms and the privacy notice are everything you and Peptide CareView have agreed about the site, and they replace earlier versions. Your rights under them are yours alone and can't be transferred; ours may be, for instance if the site changes hands. Headings are for convenience only.

10. Contact

If anything in these terms is unclear, ask the legal mailbox on our Contact page. Formal legal notices go to the legal-notice address listed there.
