What the fine print shows
Heally is a broad telehealth platform with a longevity line next to its weight-loss, hormone and lab programs. For readers here, the products that matter are compounded NAD+ (as an injection or a nasal spray), compounded glutathione injections and compounded sermorelin, with rapamycin and metformin on the same menu. NAD+ is $165/mo in either form and glutathione starts at $99/mo, each on a plan the product page says is billed only when you reorder. The NAD+ page and the nasal spray explainer cover where NAD+ stands with FDA, and Heally's own product pages say plainly that both NAD+ and glutathione are compounded drugs with no FDA-approved use.
The prescriber side is named. The footer says all medical services are provided by HLY Medical Group PA, and the visit is a short live consult with a physician by video or phone. The first consultation is free. The FAQ explains that a card authorization hold appears about 48 hours before your appointment, and that you're charged only if the doctor approves you. The relevant check is clinical review before prescribing; the separate payment sequence should still be confirmed for your selected service.
The pharmacy side is not named. The terms say Heally isn't a pharmacy and doesn't dispense medication, and that third-party pharmacies handle fulfillment, pricing and refills. Product pages refer to a "partner pharmacy" or "a state-licensed 503A pharmacy" without giving its name, so the license line below has nothing to look up. Ask your care team which pharmacy will compound your NAD+ or glutathione, and in which state it is licensed, before you approve the first charge.
Two more things to settle before you start. Sermorelin shows only a first-month price, so ask what each refill costs after that. Confirm the actual clinician, consultation format and follow-up access for your prescription rather than assuming every service on this broad platform uses the same process. The sermorelin page covers where that compound stands.
The reorder wording is product-specific. Heally’s general terms also authorize recurring subscriptions and allow renewal processing up to two days before the next period. Cancel through the account or support early enough for that processing date, and ask which arrangement governs the selected medicine. The terms reject partial-period refunds except where law requires them. A starting monthly offer does not guarantee an identical bill at every dose or after a plan change. Neither the included consultation nor a price shared by injection and nasal forms establishes equal clinical benefit, quality or absorption.

How signing up works
1Sign up
You create an account, fill in a short health questionnaire and book a free consultation. The FAQ says a card authorization hold appears about 48 hours before the visit.
2Clinician review
A physician from HLY Medical Group PA meets you by video or phone, reviews your history and medications, and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. You're charged only if approved.
3Pharmacy
The prescription goes to a partner compounding pharmacy that Heally's pages describe as state-licensed and 503A, without naming it. Ask your care team which one fills your order.
4Delivery
Medication ships to your home; the glutathione page says supplies typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Refills and dose changes are handled online, and you pay when you reorder.
Pharmacy and prescriber
- Heally's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
- Prescriber step:An HLY Medical Group physician sees you before you're chargedPass
What holds up
- NAD+ injection and NAD+ nasal spray share one monthly price on their product pages, with no membership
- The footer names the physician group, HLY Medical Group PA, behind every visit
- The first physician consult is free, and the card is charged only after a doctor approves you
- The NAD+ and glutathione pages describe pay-on-reorder plans; other programs can be recurring subscriptions
- Product pages state outright that compounded NAD+ and glutathione have no FDA-approved use
Watch-outs
- No page names the pharmacy that compounds your order; ask for its name and license state first
- Sermorelin prints only a first-month price; ask what each refill costs before you start
- Subscription programs such as rapamycin can renew up to 2 days early, and partial periods aren't refunded
- Confirm the actual prescribing clinician, visit format and state-specific requirements
- Lab work for sermorelin costs extra, and the page doesn't print that fee
Fits you if
You want NAD+ or glutathione at a monthly price you can see before booking, a live physician visit, and no membership. The nasal NAD+ suits anyone who would rather not inject.
Look elsewhere if
You want the dispensing pharmacy named before you share your health history, or you need a standing sermorelin price up front. Readers who prefer a clinic focused only on longevity care may find this menu too broad.
