PlexusDx review
One flat price per plan with every term printed, and a named clinical group, but no pharmacy name, no state list and prepaid plans that renew on their own.

What the fine print shows
PlexusDx is a Georgia genetic-testing company that also runs prescription longevity and weight programs. Care itself comes from Lone Star Virtual Health, a separate network of US-licensed clinicians named in the terms and consent, on a telehealth platform the terms also name. The longevity line covers compounded NAD+ and sermorelin injections, glutathione injections and GHK-Cu cream in three strengths, next to compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections or dissolving tablets. The terms exclude anyone enrolled in Medicaid in any state, even if paying cash. Confirm eligibility before starting; the platform is not the prescribing practice or the dispensing pharmacy.
The pricing is the clearest part. Each product page lists the 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month price and says one price covers the provider, prescription, medication and shipping, with no membership fee. NAD+ and sermorelin are each $159/mo month to month, glutathione is $99/mo, and the weakest GHK-Cu cream is $89/mo. The big "starts at" figure on each card is the 12-month rate, charged in full up front, so compare the month-to-month figure in the table, not the card. The 3-, 6- and 12-month plans also renew automatically for the same term, so turn off auto-renewal in the portal if you only want one term.
The pharmacy check is a Flag. The FAQ, terms and privacy policy refer to licensed 503A partner pharmacies and assigned pharmacies, and the consent says any pharmacy business relationship is disclosed separately, but no public page names a pharmacy. Ask which pharmacy will fill your order and look up its license. States are also unlisted: the site says providers are licensed across the US and confirm availability at your visit, so check before you pay. Company statements about licensed pharmacies are not a separate audit of the facility assigned to you. The terms permit a pharmacy of your choice subject to availability and legal requirements; ask how that changes fulfillment and payment.
Payment timing is inconsistent across pages. Product pages say the card is charged after pharmacy transmission, while current terms and the refund policy permit capture after clinical approval. You may withdraw before approval and owe nothing; after approval but before pharmacy transmission, a timely cancellation request receives a full refund. Once transmitted, a change of mind generally does not qualify. The ten-business-day fulfillment exception measures whether UPS has taken possession after pharmacy transmission, not whether a label exists or the package has arrived. Report damage, missing medication or temperature concerns promptly, generally within 24 hours of carrier-recorded delivery.
Prepaid plans require renewed clinical review when the active prescription expires, generally after up to six months. If a clinician medically stops treatment, unused, not-yet-dispensed prepaid months are refunded at the rate actually paid. A similar exception applies if remaining care cannot be provided and no appropriate alternative is accepted. Voluntary cancellation only stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current prepaid term. Portal pause freezes future billing, fulfillment, remaining prepaid time and the renewal clock. Genetic testing is an optional educational add-on rather than a requirement or a way to prove a peptide works. The NAD+ page and topical GHK-Cu investigation explain the evidence limits.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Choose a protocol, pick a plan length and complete a short online visit with your health history. HSA and FSA cards work at checkout, and longer plans can be paid over time.
2Clinician review
A US-licensed clinician from Lone Star Virtual Health reviews your intake and prescribes if you're eligible. Depending on your state or history, they may require a phone or video visit first.
3Pharmacy
An assigned licensed pharmacy receives the prescription after clinical approval. Terms permit payment capture after approval, despite later-charge product wording. Ask for the exact dispenser before transmission.
4Delivery
Pharmacy preparation usually takes 3–5 business days before UPS 2nd Day Air transit. A label is not carrier possession. Use the portal before the next charge, or send a support cancellation request at least 3 business days ahead.
Pharmacy and prescriber
- PlexusDx's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
- Prescriber step:A Lone Star Virtual Health clinician reviews your visit before prescribingPass
What holds up
- Every product page prints all four plan lengths and totals, with provider, medication and shipping included
- Names its clinical group, Lone Star Virtual Health, in the terms and the telehealth consent
- Current policy permits withdrawal before approval without a captured treatment charge
- GHK-Cu comes as a cream in 0.2%, 0.5% or 2% strength, each priced separately
- No membership or consult fee, and HSA or FSA cards are accepted at checkout
Watch-outs
- Exact dispensing pharmacy is not named; confirm assignment before pharmacy processing
- The large "starts at" price on each card is the 12-month rate, billed in full up front
- 3-, 6- and 12-month plans renew automatically for the same term unless you switch it off
- Medicaid enrollment excludes patients even when they would pay cash
- Approval-stage payment wording differs from product-page pharmacy-transmission wording
Fits you if
Someone who wants to compare NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione or GHK-Cu cream at one all-in monthly price, with every plan length printed and a named clinical group behind the prescription.
Look elsewhere if
Look elsewhere if you want the pharmacy named before you pay, or a published list of states. Readers who don't want a prepaid plan that renews itself should stay on month-to-month or pick another provider.

Questions about PlexusDx
- How much does PlexusDx charge for NAD+ or sermorelin?
- Each is $159/mo month to month, with lower monthly rates on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans that are charged up front. The price covers the provider, prescription, medication and shipping.
- Who prescribes for PlexusDx?
- Clinicians from Lone Star Virtual Health, a separate network of US-licensed providers named in the terms. They review your online visit and may ask for a phone or video call, depending on your state.
- Which pharmacy does PlexusDx use?
- It doesn't say publicly. Its pages describe licensed 503A partner pharmacies without naming one, so ask before you pay and check that pharmacy's license with its state board.
- Do PlexusDx plans renew automatically?
- Yes. Monthly plans renew each month, and 3-, 6- and 12-month plans renew for the same term at the same price. Turn off auto-renewal in the patient portal before the renewal date.
- Can I get a refund from PlexusDx?
- Withdraw before approval and owe nothing. After approval, a timely request before pharmacy transmission receives a full refund. If UPS has not taken possession within 10 business days of transmission, request cancellation unless you choose to wait. Unused, not-yet-dispensed prepaid months also qualify after medical discontinuation; voluntary cancellation only stops future renewal.
