What the fine print shows

Prime Doctor RX lists compounded NAD+ (injection or nasal spray), sermorelin, glutathione and a GHK-Cu cream in a "Peptides & NAD+" package, beside GLP-1s, testosterone and skincare. The homepage describes monthly and prepaid payment options, while longevity cards do not establish a product-specific price. Their cards carry no price, and the site says package pricing is shown in your intake. The NAD+ page, sermorelin page and glutathione page cover where each compound stands with FDA.

So the order of events matters. The homepage directs package pricing to the intake before checkout. Ask for the monthly total of the package you want in writing before paying. The cancellation policy adds a second reason to settle cost early: once a provider reviews your intake, the doctor consultation fee is non-refundable, and the policy doesn't say how much that fee is. That sits awkwardly beside the homepage promise of "no surprise lab or consult fees later", so ask how the consultation fee is charged and whether it is part of the package price.

The clinical side is named clearly. The homepage FAQ and terms say care comes from licensed providers affiliated with Elite Care Health, a physician group, and that Rx Ave Health handles pharmacy and fulfillment. Both are listed with contact details, and the license line below shows how Rx Ave reads on its state board. Prime Doctor RX itself describes itself only as a healthcare technology company; its pages don't print a legal company name or the state it's established in.

For any quoted plan, separate the billing interval from the medication supply. A four-week shipment does not by itself establish a 28-day charge, and a prepaid monthly equivalent does not establish monthly payments. The homepage also says availability depends on your state and that one product is not currently offered in California, so check your state at the start of the intake.

The cancellation policy preserves specific remedies. Before clinical review begins, a program or intake payment can be fully refunded. After review, the consultation fee is retained even if no treatment is prescribed; a before-shipment cancellation may produce a partial refund, but an order already transmitted to the pharmacy may not be stoppable. Report damaged or incorrect deliveries within seven days with photos, and confirmed transit loss within fourteen days of expected delivery. Approved refunds take five to ten business days, plus possible bank posting time. A replacement policy and a named care network do not establish efficacy, safety or pharmacy assignment for every formulation.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You choose a treatment or a package and start the online intake, which asks your goals, basic health details and state before asking for contact details.

  2. 2Clinician review

A licensed provider affiliated with Elite Care Health reviews the intake and may request labs or a consultation. Hormone care includes a live video visit.

  3. 3Pharmacy

Rx Ave Health, which the homepage names as its licensed U.S. pharmacy, fills the prescription and handles fulfillment for each treatment in your plan.

  4. 4Delivery

Medication ships under the selected prescription and order; confirm the quantity, timing and renewal schedule. To cancel, send a request through the Contact page; benefits run to the end of the period.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Rx Ave Health:active license in Florida
  • Prescriber step:An Elite Care Health provider reviews your intake firstPass

What holds up

  • The homepage FAQ names Elite Care Health as the physician group and Rx Ave Health as the pharmacy
  • One intake can bundle NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione, with a clinician reviewing the whole plan
  • NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray, so the package has a needle-free option
  • Lists contact details for both its clinical group and its pharmacy on the homepage
  • Cancellations are processed within 1 business day and confirmed in writing

Watch-outs

  • Longevity package prices are directed to intake; request the complete product-specific quote before payment
  • The doctor consultation fee becomes non-refundable once a provider reviews you; its amount isn't printed
  • No legal company name or home state appears on its terms or privacy pages
  • Prices labeled per month describe a four-week supply; confirm the actual charge interval
  • Prepaid monthly equivalents do not establish monthly payments; confirm the full upfront commitment

Fits you if

You want NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione under one intake and one clinician review, and you'd like the physician group and pharmacy named before you start. It also suits GLP-1 patients who want to add NAD+ to the same plan rather than run two separate consultations.

Look elsewhere if

You want to see the price of a peptide or NAD+ plan before sharing your name and phone number, or you want to know the consultation fee in advance. If a legal company name matters to you, choose a provider that prints one.
