What the fine print shows
Pepti describes itself as a Delaware technology platform connecting patients with state-licensed physicians and outside pharmacies. Its public catalog includes sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione injections, alongside many other peptides and blends. Standard product pages display strengths, prices and a four-week supply. The medication and billing terms explicitly describe recurring 28-day charges, subject to prescribed supply changes. The comparison converts those charges on a 365-day annualized basis; the comparison amount is not the bill or an actual payment count. The table shows sermorelin at $248.76/mo and glutathione at $216.18/mo on that basis. Verify your selected strength and next charge before payment.
The pharmacy fulfillment policy names Olympia Pharmacy as a partner and says the exact dispenser depends on medication, state and availability. Its label and prescription paperwork should identify the facility. The dated board line is limited to the specific record checked, not every branch or your future assignment. Pepti publishes lot-level testing figures and describes third-party testing, including sterility, endotoxin and potency. Those are provider disclosures rather than an audit of every certificate or preparation. Testing does not make a compounded product FDA-approved or establish that the active ingredient meets compounding requirements.
The research-only check is a Flag because the catalog markets unapproved peptide products and blends as treatment. Examples include BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, ipamorelin and injectable GHK-Cu. A prescription and a licensed pharmacy do not automatically satisfy the ingredient, formulation and other conditions for lawful compounding. FDA safety and bulk-substance restrictions remain relevant. Tesamorelin is an approved biologic only in specific branded formulations, which cannot simply be treated as interchangeable with a compounded vial. Elamipretide has an approved drug product, Forzinity, for a specific Barth syndrome population; that approval does not establish approval or compliance of a different SS-31 longevity product. Read the BPC-157 legal explanation and tesamorelin status page.
Payment is collected at checkout before physician review. If prescribing is declined, the medication charge is refunded; on a multiple-medication order, the declined line is refunded while approved lines proceed. Product headlines include labs, yet the FAQ says labs are extra: upload recent results or buy an optional at-home panel. It lists bloodwork requirements for GLP-1 s and growth-hormone treatments, including sermorelin. Ask which testing is clinically required and what is included. The same FAQ promises rapid physician review while product pages use a longer estimate; neither is a guaranteed approval deadline.
Cancellation stops future refills and charges, not a supply already shipped or in progress. A regular order canceled before pharmacy processing can receive a refund, and damaged or incorrect deliveries should be reported within seven days. Prepaid supply wording conflicts: the billing page calls the withdrawn three-supply plan recurring in one section but says bundles do not renew elsewhere; the terms call them single charges. Existing bundle patients need written clarification of renewal and unused-supply rights. Broad money-back and clinical-benefit marketing should be read against those limits. The sermorelin evidence page distinguishes hormone responses from proven general wellness benefits.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Pick a treatment and dose, take the free online assessment and pay at checkout. GLP-1 s and growth-hormone peptides need recent labs: upload a report or add Pepti's at-home panel.
2Clinician review
Pepti describes physician review of intake, identity and required labs. Treatment is not guaranteed; only a declined medication line is refunded on a mixed order.
3Pharmacy
Approved prescriptions go to a separate licensed compounding pharmacy chosen by your state and medication, such as Olympia Pharmacy. Its name and address are printed on your label.
4Delivery
The standard medication terms describe 28-day renewal, subject to prescribed supply changes. Cancel future charges in the account; already-shipped or in-progress supply is not automatically refundable.

- Includes physician review and messaging in the medication offer
- Provides account controls for future medication charges
Watch-outs
- Sells BPC-157, TB-500, KPV and MOTS-c; a prescription does not remove compounding restrictions
- Lists ipamorelin, CJC-1295, tesamorelin, epitalon and semax; verify each product’s regulatory status
- Also lists DSIP (emideltide, delta sleep-inducing peptide), injectable GHK-Cu and SS-31 (elamipretide)
- Product lab-inclusion wording conflicts with FAQ extra-lab charges
- Legacy three-supply bundle renewal descriptions conflict; placed prepaid orders are generally final

Questions about Pepti
- How much does Pepti cost for sermorelin or NAD+?
- The table annualizes standard 28-day charges into comparison months, rather than showing your exact payment. Confirm the selected strength, supply and next charge. Medication care and shipping are advertised as included, while the FAQ says at-home lab panels cost extra.
- Which pharmacy fills Pepti prescriptions?
- Pepti names Olympia Pharmacy as a partner and says the pharmacy depends on your state and medication. The dispensing pharmacy's name and address appear on your label, so you can check its license.
- Can Pepti legally sell BPC-157?
- BPC-157 is not FDA-approved, and FDA safety and bulk-substance restrictions matter. A prescription and a licensed pharmacy do not automatically establish lawful compounding. Pepti’s broad catalog is why the research-only check is a Flag; review the product’s specific regulatory status before considering it.
- Do I need blood work for Pepti?
- For GLP-1 s and growth-hormone peptides like sermorelin, yes. You can upload a recent lab report for free or buy Pepti's at-home panel for an added fee. Other products don't require labs.
