What the fine print shows

bmiMD is the consumer brand of Medccm, a New York company that connects patients with an outside medical group and partner pharmacies. Its catalog covers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (standard and microdosed), NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, sermorelin as an injection, nasal spray or tablet, glutathione injections and metformin. Some product pages advertise all-50-state availability; the terms say eligibility varies by program and requires being physically in a served state. Confirm your state and exact treatment rather than relying on the general headline.

The accessible product pages use plan-length pricing, while current NAD+ and GLP-1 amounts need written confirmation. Reviewed sermorelin and glutathione pages have tabs for 1-, 3-, 6- and (for most) 12-month plans, with the per-month price and the total for each. The product ladders label prices by months, but section 9 of the terms says a Monthly Plan renews every 28 to 30 days. Those intervals are not interchangeable with a calendar month. Normalized recurring comparisons need the actual selected charge and dates; longer plans require their own prepaid totals and shipment schedule. Every figure sits beside a higher struck "regular" price, so treat the strikethrough as an anchor, not a discount you're earning. A same-price-at-all-doses marketing statement is not a verified renewal quote. These compounded products are not FDA-approved, and public testimonials or quality-testing claims do not establish clinical benefit or the quality of your dispensed lot.

The money rules need a careful read. At checkout bmiMD places an authorization hold rather than a charge, and releases it if a provider doesn't approve you. But if you cancel after you've submitted your intake, a non-refundable intake processing fee applies before review begins; once provider review starts, the terms say the initial order cannot be canceled. Multi-month plans are prepaid and generally non-refundable for voluntary cancellation after the initial order goes to the pharmacy, and canceling stops the next renewal. The refund policy separately allows a refund or credit for unshipped medication when the provider documents a medical reason, and offers a provider-approved alternative or credit when a remaining installment cannot be supplied. The refund page says cancel seven days before renewal, while the terms require at least 48 hours before an authorization date approximately five days before renewal. The refund page allows email; the terms expressly say email alone does not cancel. Use the portal and keep its canceled confirmation, or seek Help Center confirmation if locked out. Verify the exact deadline rather than assuming a message stopped the next bill.

The pharmacy is the Flag. The terms, privacy policy, refund policy and product pages describe licensed US pharmacies, and the terms say your provider and dispensing pharmacy are identified in your patient documents, but no public page names either one. Ask which pharmacy fills your order before you submit the intake, while an intake-cancellation fee may apply. A separate peptides category is marked coming soon, while sermorelin is already sold on its own pages; that category label does not mean every peptide is unavailable.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Choose a product and a plan length on its page, then go to checkout, where you accept the medical group's telehealth consent. bmiMD places an authorization hold for the order total instead of charging your card.

  2. 2Clinician review

After checkout you complete a medical questionnaire, and a state-licensed provider from the medical group reviews it. The how-it-works page describes same-day telehealth consults with board-certified physicians.

  3. 3Pharmacy

If you're approved, the prescription goes to a licensed US pharmacy that works with bmiMD, or to any licensed pharmacy you choose (paid separately). The terms say the actual pharmacy is identified in your patient documents. Obtain that name and address before committing; an undisclosed dispenser cannot be verified.

  4. 4Delivery

Medication and supplies ship to your door. Subscriptions renew automatically, with a renewal authorization approximately five days early. Section 9 requires portal cancellation at least 48 hours before that authorization, or confirmed Help Center assistance if you cannot log in. The separate refund policy mentions email, so get portal confirmation rather than relying on that discrepancy.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • bmiMD's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:A state-licensed provider reviews your questionnaire before you're chargedPass

What holds up

  • Reviewed sermorelin and glutathione pages separate plan length and billed total
  • Your card is only held, not charged, until a provider approves the prescription
  • The policy says the displayed plan covers provider services, medication and platform fees unless otherwise noted
  • Sermorelin comes as an injection, nasal spray or tablet; NAD+ as an injection or spray
  • The terms let you send the prescription to any licensed pharmacy you choose

Watch-outs

  • Canceling after you submit the intake costs a non-refundable intake processing fee
  • Prepaid plans generally reject voluntary refunds; documented medical cancellations have separate rules
  • The terms require portal-confirmed cancellation before the advance authorization cutoff; email alone is insufficient
  • No public page names the pharmacy or the medical group; they appear only in your patient documents
  • Every price sits beside a higher struck "regular" price; compare the plan price, not the discount

Fits you if

Someone considering sermorelin or glutathione who will compare the plan-specific public totals, and who can commit to a prepaid plan to get the lower monthly rate. It suits buyers who like a card hold instead of a charge until approval.

Look elsewhere if

Look elsewhere if you want the dispensing pharmacy named before you start, or the freedom to cancel after the intake without a fee. Anyone unsure about committing for several months should compare month-to-month prices elsewhere.

Questions about bmiMD

How much does bmiMD cost each month?
Product ladders print plan totals, but section 9 calls the short-plan renewal interval 28 to 30 days. That uncertain interval is not a verified calendar-month price. Ask for the exact charge, dates, dose and commitment. Prepaid plans require the full total up front rather than the displayed monthly equivalent.
When does bmiMD charge my card?
Only after a provider approves you. At checkout it places a temporary hold for the order total and releases it if you aren't approved, though your bank sets how fast the hold clears.
Can I cancel bmiMD and get a refund?
Before you submit the intake, yes. After that, the intake-cancellation fee applies before review begins, and the initial order cannot be canceled after review starts. Prepaid plans generally reject voluntary refunds after the first order goes to the pharmacy. Provider-documented medical cancellation may allow a refund or credit for unshipped medication; confirm the exact calculation.
Which pharmacy does bmiMD use?
Its public pages don't name one. The terms say your dispensing pharmacy is identified in your patient documents, so ask support before you submit the intake, while canceling is still free.
Does bmiMD sell peptides like BPC-157?
The reviewed catalog marks a separate peptides category as coming soon and does not establish a current BPC-157 offer. Sermorelin is already sold on its own product page. Ask for the actual compound and its regulatory status rather than treating a category heading as approval.
