This list is NAD+ you inject at home, nothing else

Every row here sells NAD+ as an injection or a vial: 42 providers with a published check. A nasal spray, a cream or a lozenge from the same provider doesn't count toward its place or its price on this page. Clinic IV drips aren't on it either.

5 providers price the product as a vial and the rest as an injection. To the reader they're the same route: a compounded solution given under the skin or into a muscle, as your prescriber directs. The page lists products, not technique, and it never covers how to inject.

21 of the 42 sell NAD+ only as an injection. The other 21 also sell at least one form you don't inject, which is why their price on the broader NAD+ list can differ from the figure here.

Home NAD+ injection benefits remain unestablished

There is no FDA label for injected NAD+, so there is no approved dose, no official side-effect table and no storage line. FDA's 503A Category 1 entry is an interim evaluation status. Conditional enforcement discretion does not approve a product or remove the remaining compounding requirements. The NAD+ page gives the dated status.

A 2026 systematic review found no eligible IV or intramuscular NAD+ wellness outcome trial within its search from January of 2010 through October of 2025. A retrospective 2026 commercial-clinic report described infusion symptoms in all six NAD+ recipients, resolving after completion. Other IV protocols reported better tolerability. Quality reports document problems with specific sterile products

The cited FDA query returned fourteen NAD injectable-product recall records from 2016 to 2025. These are product records, not fourteen separate incidents or harmed patients. Most cited sterility that couldn't be assured. In 2025 one maker's NAD+ vials drew a Class I recall, FDA's most serious category, for elevated endotoxin.

A year before that, FDA warned that some compounders were making IV products from food-grade NAD+ sold by repackagers. Neither notice names a provider on this page. They show where an injectable can fail: the raw ingredient and the sterile process at the pharmacy.

That is why the pharmacy chip matters more here than on a spray. 19 of the 42 providers name a dispensing pharmacy that shows an active license; 23 don't, and each of those carries a Flag you can see on its card. How we check sets out what counts as a named, licensed pharmacy.

Storage is set by the pharmacy's label

With no FDA label, the instructions that apply are the ones printed on the vial and its paperwork: a storage temperature and a beyond-use date, the last day the preparation should be used. Two pharmacies making what looks like the same vial can set different ones.

Providers' own pages mostly describe what ships, not how to keep it: a monthly supply, sometimes with supplies and fast shipping folded into the price. Few print a storage line at all. If a box arrives warm or late, the dispensing pharmacy is the one to call, which is one more reason to know its name before you pay.

What the injection costs against the same provider's spray

Standing monthly prices for the injection run from $129 to $270.49, with a median of $189 across the 20 providers that publish one. A year at the median is $2,268.

7 providers here price both an injection and a nasal spray. At 4 of them the two cost the same each month; at 2 the spray costs less, by as much as $145 a month; at 1 the spray costs more. So the form often changes the evidence and the handling more than it changes the bill.

2 providers advertise a lower first month on the injection. This page shows the rate from the second month on, because that's the one you keep paying.

5 providers bill by a period shorter or longer than a calendar month, and the card says so. The figure shown is our conversion to a calendar month.

Hone Health requires a membership as well as the medication, and its figure folds that fee in.
