What the fine print shows

Hone Health starts with a blood test, not a product. You buy a lab panel, complete the draw at a partner lab or at home where available, and then meet a physician by telehealth to go over the results. Longevity treatments come after that: compounded NAD+ injections, glutathione injections and sermorelin, alongside metformin, a wide hormone menu for men and women and other prescriptions. Product pages print the medication price per month and the membership tier it needs, and the membership is billed on top. Counting the lowest qualifying tier, NAD+ comes to $224/mo and glutathione to $124/mo.

Sermorelin is the expensive one. Its page says it needs the Premium tier, so the total is $330/mo with that membership included. Hone lists sermorelin under weight loss, and its page frames it as part of a weight-loss plan. The sermorelin page covers where it stands with FDA. If you only want NAD+ or glutathione, the Basic tier qualifies and costs far less, but Basic doesn't include a physician consult; you buy one separately, and the membership description says physician consultations are purchased separately. A current product-page onboarding offer instead includes a consultation with its lab package. Confirm whether that introductory package applies to you and what later visits cost.

The prescriber side is named in the terms. Hone, run by Time Therapeutics, provides technology to physician-owned medical groups collectively called Broad Health, and those physicians do the consults and write any prescription. That review comes before anything ships, which is why the prescriber check passes. The pharmacy side isn't named: the terms say Hone and Broad Health don't dispense medication and that you may send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice, but no page says which pharmacy fills Hone's own orders. Ask for its name and license state before your first shipment.

Read the payment terms before you join. The terms require at least 15 days’ notice to revoke recurring-payment authorization. That is different from a fully described product-specific cancellation or refund rule, so confirm both the membership cutoff and any medication already ordered. The NAD+ page also lists hoped-for benefits, longer lifespan among them. The research page on NAD+ injections weighs those claims against the human evidence.

Read the clinical and financial inclusions together. Current product pages advertise a discounted initial biomarker package with a consultation, while the Basic membership description only includes the ability to purchase physician visits. A comparison that adds the lowest membership to the drug price still may not be your complete first payment. The terms also say laboratory refunds are controlled by the lab and may be unavailable once testing is provided, even if you do not qualify for treatment. Marketing suggestions of longer lifespan, better cognition or improved recovery do not establish those benefits for the exact compounded NAD+, glutathione or sermorelin product. Ask the clinician about the evidence and alternatives for your actual goal.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You buy a lab test, which on the Basic tier comes with a one-time onboarding fee, and complete the draw at a partner lab or at home where available. The membership tier you choose sets which treatments you can get.

  2. 2Clinician review

A provider from the clinical groups reviews your labs and history. Premium includes physician consultations; Basic descriptions and onboarding offers differ, so confirm your actual included visit and later charges.

  3. 3Pharmacy

If you're prescribed, the order goes to a pharmacy Hone doesn't name on its pages. The terms say you can ask for the prescription to go to a pharmacy of your choice instead.

  4. 4Delivery

Medication ships to your home, and follow-up labs come every 3 months on Premium or every 6 months on Basic. You can cancel the membership, giving notice before the next payment date.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Hone Health's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:A Broad Health physician reviews your labs before prescribingPass

What holds up

  • Every plan starts with a lab panel and a physician review of the results before any prescription
  • Each product page names the membership tier it needs, and the tiers and their prices are published
  • The terms name the physician-owned medical groups, collectively Broad Health, that write prescriptions
  • Premium includes lab retesting every 3 months; Basic retests every 6 months
  • The terms let you send any prescription to a pharmacy of your choice

Watch-outs

  • The product price excludes a required membership; NAD+ and glutathione need at least the Basic tier on top
  • Sermorelin needs the Premium membership, which makes it far costlier than its product price suggests
  • No page names the pharmacy that fills Hone's orders; ask for its name and license state first
  • Terms require 15 days to revoke payment authorization; confirm membership cancellation and medication orders separately
  • Basic describes separately purchased consults, while product onboarding offers include one; confirm your eligibility and later fees

Fits you if

You want lab work and a physician review before starting NAD+ or glutathione, and you're comfortable paying a monthly membership for ongoing testing. People also managing hormones may like having both under one plan.

Look elsewhere if

You want one all-in monthly price with no membership, a named pharmacy before you pay, or sermorelin without a premium membership. Anyone who needs a quick start without lab work should look elsewhere too.
