What the fine print shows

System Labs is a cash-pay telehealth practice built around a few compounded treatments: NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, sermorelin as an injection or a dissolving tablet, glutathione as an injection or nasal spray, and a MIC+B12 shot. Its terms identify System Laboratories, though it calls itself System. It sells no GLP-1s. Its FAQ names its compounding pharmacy partner outright, The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, with a street address and phone number, and says it may also send prescriptions to retail pharmacies when that fits.

Pricing needs written confirmation. The current sermorelin product card, its billing FAQ and the homepage present different introductory or renewal figures. NAD+ product cards also differ from the prices previously recorded here. A struck price alone does not establish the amount you will pay at renewal, so these products are excluded from price comparisons until the applicable quote is clear.

The catch is that those pages don't always show the monthly card. On some visits the NAD+ injection, the NAD+ spray and the sermorelin injection show a "Quarterly Supply" card instead, with its own struck price and first month, and the glutathione injection is offered only that way. None of these pages says whether a quarterly supply is billed once a quarter or every month, which is why the table doesn't price the glutathione injection. If you see a quarterly card, ask support to confirm in writing what you'll be charged, how often, and for how long.

Care runs through a detailed intake and medical history, followed by a telemedicine consultation with a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensed in your state. Some therapies need baseline labs, which your provider orders; an in-person referral can be made when clinically needed. A separate peptide-therapy plan charges a monthly membership for quarterly protocol reviews, but the medication is billed on top and the page doesn't say which peptides the stack uses. The NAD+ page and the NAD+ nasal spray investigation cover what the evidence does and doesn't show for the spray form.

The terms provide a separate order-cancellation rule: cancel before the prescription is sent for pharmacy fulfillment and the medication charge is not collected, with any temporary authorization released. That does not establish a refund for clinical services already provided. The FAQ says unused services may be reviewed for a resolution and that prescriptions already ordered are not refundable, so obtain a written distinction between the service fee and pharmacy charge. Damaged, defective or incorrect medication must be reported within seven days under the terms. Verify the actual pharmacist’s storage and shipping instructions; a delivery promise or the menu’s recovery claims do not establish clinical benefit from the dispensed product.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Pick a treatment and start the intake, which asks about your goals, your health history and where to ship. Contact details come near the end, after the medical questions, and no price screen appears in the intake itself.

  2. 2Clinician review

After the intake you're offered a telemedicine consultation with a physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant licensed in your state. Some therapies need baseline labs first; your provider orders them, at a local lab or one System helps arrange.

  3. 3Pharmacy

The FAQ names The Pharmacy Hub as a partner, but the prescription may go to another pharmacy when appropriate or requested. Confirm the actual dispensing facility. The dated license line below identifies the board record checked for that facility.

  4. 4Delivery

Orders ship free by 2-day temperature-controlled delivery, and refills are automatic. Dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned. The FAQ excludes provided services and ordered prescriptions from refunds; unused-service payments receive an individual review rather than an automatic refund.

Pharmacy and prescriber

What holds up

  • The FAQ names its compounding pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub in Miami, with a street address and phone number
  • Sermorelin and glutathione both come in needle-free forms: a dissolving tablet and a nasal spray
  • Free 2-day temperature-controlled shipping is stated on every treatment page
  • The peptide-therapy page names its medical advisor and the physicians on its medical board
  • Its pages say plainly that the peptide medications it offers have not been approved by FDA

Watch-outs

  • Some visits show a Quarterly Supply card with different prices; check which plan you're buying before you pay
  • Product cards and billing answers show conflicting amounts; confirm both the initial and renewal payment
  • The glutathione injection comes only as a Quarterly Supply, with no stated billing cycle
  • Canceling means emailing support; the self-serve billing portal is described as coming soon
  • The peptide-therapy plan doesn't name its peptides, and the medication costs extra on top of the fee

Fits you if

Someone considering NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione who is willing to obtain a written quote from a seller that names its pharmacy, including needle-free tablet and spray forms. It also suits buyers who want NAD+ and glutathione from the same clinician.

Look elsewhere if

Look elsewhere if you want a glutathione injection with a stated billing cycle, a page that shows the same offer on every visit, or a GLP-1. Anyone who wants to cancel online without emailing support should also shop around for now.
