What the fine print shows

Live Vital is a Utah telehealth practice whose website identifies Patrick Taylor as its physician lead in Salt Lake City, and it sells care as fixed protocols rather than monthly plans. NAD+ and glutathione injections each come as a 3-month protocol with the total printed on the page: the table shows that as $149/mo for NAD+ and $100/mo for glutathione, each the total divided across the three months it covers. There's no 1-month option. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as 10-week protocols, and their cards show a "/mo" figure that divides the 10-week total by three, so a calendar month costs more than that card figure. Status and evidence for both longevity compounds are on the NAD+ page and the glutathione page.

The research-only check is a Flag. The catalog also markets BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin, injectable GHK-Cu and tesamorelin, plus Wolverine, Glow and Klow blends. A prescription and a licensed pharmacy do not automatically satisfy each ingredient’s compounding requirements. FDA’s safety and bulk-substance restrictions remain relevant, and a mixed formulation does not escape them. The page calls its tesamorelin compounded and off-label, but off-label prescribing of an approved biologic is different from making an unapproved compounded version. The BPC-157 legal explanation and tesamorelin status page explain those distinctions. NAD+ and glutathione also require product-specific quality and compounding compliance; they are not approved wellness drugs.

The pharmacy check is also a Flag. Current pages describe a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy without identifying the dispenser. Ask for its name, address, state license and authorization to ship your treatment before payment. The website identifies Patrick Taylor and describes his training, but those company disclosures do not separately verify credentials or your assigned clinician. A clinician reviews the intake, with an advertised 24-to 48-hour estimate, and a free 15-minute phone consultation is available first. Neither the call nor the advertised turnaround guarantees a prescription. Portal messaging and check-ins are described as part of care; clarify response times and the follow-up schedule.

The refund page needs a careful read. Medication that's been compounded or shipped is generally non-refundable, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. But where the page should say what happens if no prescription is issued, it shows an unfinished internal note instead of a policy. Ask in writing whether you're charged before the clinician's review, and what you get back if you're not prescribed. The terms also say medication and lab work are generally nonrefundable once ordered or dispensed, which can be an earlier cutoff than shipment. Confirm your order’s earliest noncancelable stage, cancellation method and the status of any unused protocol supply. A protocol’s monthly equivalent is a comparison amount, not proof of monthly billing or automatic renewal. The states page lists 50 states for general care but only 34 for testosterone programs; do not apply its nationwide headline to every treatment. Confirm the specific program and your physical location with the clinician.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

Start an online intake of about 10 minutes, or book a free 15-minute phone consult with the medical team first. Each treatment page shows its protocol total before you begin.

  2. 2Clinician review

A licensed clinician on Live Vital's medical team reviews your submission, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and prescribes only when treatment is appropriate. Most reviews happen online without a live visit.

  3. 3Pharmacy

A licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication for you, per the FAQ. The pages don't name it, so ask which pharmacy fills your order and where it holds a license.

  4. 4Delivery

The site describes pharmacy delivery and portal refill requests reviewed by a clinician. Confirm shipping conditions, supply intervals, any renewal and the earliest cancellation cutoff before paying.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Live Vital's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:Its medical team reviews each intake and prescribes only when treatment fitsPass

What holds up

  • Every treatment page prints a protocol total before you start the intake
  • Website identifies physician lead Patrick Taylor and describes his training
  • A free 15-minute phone consult with the medical team before you commit
  • A licensed clinician reviews each intake, usually within 24 to 48 hours
  • Publishes general service states separately from a narrower testosterone list

Watch-outs

  • Markets BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, KPV and injectable GHK-Cu despite important compounding restrictions
  • Lists CJC-1295 with ipamorelin and compounded tesamorelin; a prescription does not settle regulatory eligibility
  • No page names the compounding pharmacy; ask for its name and license state before you pay
  • GLP-1 cards divide a 10-week protocol total by three, so a calendar month costs more than shown
  • The refund page shows a placeholder where the not-prescribed refund rule should be

Fits you if

You want NAD+ or glutathione injections on a 3-month protocol with the total printed up front, and you'd like to talk with the medical team by phone before you start.

Look elsewhere if

You want a provider that sells only compounds with a pharmacy compounding pathway, names the pharmacy that fills your order, and offers month-to-month plans.

Questions about Live Vital

How much does Live Vital cost for NAD+ or glutathione?
Each is sold as a 3-month protocol with the total printed on its page. Spread across those months, NAD+ comes to $149/mo and glutathione to $100/mo. There's no 1-month option, so you pay for the full protocol.
Does Live Vital sell BPC-157 or other research peptides?
Yes. Its catalog includes BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, CJC-1295 with ipamorelin, injectable GHK-Cu, tesamorelin and blends. A prescription does not automatically establish compliance with compounding restrictions or clinical benefit; this is why the research-only check is a Flag.
Which pharmacy does Live Vital use?
It doesn't name one. The FAQ says a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares each order and tests it. Ask the care team for the pharmacy's name and license state before you pay for a protocol.
Can I get a refund from Live Vital?
The refund page says compounded or shipped medication is generally nonrefundable, while terms also refer to ordered medication and labs. The clinical-decline refund provision is unfinished. Ask when charges occur, what happens if prescribing is declined and the earliest noncancelable stage before payment.
