27 providers with a published check prescribe glutathione, and this board lists every one by grade; 3 earn an A by passing all 4 checks. The check they miss most often here is "Named pharmacy and record". Status and evidence are on the Glutathione page, and how we check sets out each check.
Sorted by grade, then by name.
Funding note: No link on this page earns a fee, and nothing on it is sorted by who pays. How we're funded.

FDA has warned twice about the raw ingredient that goes into glutathione injections. That makes the pharmacy the first thing to compare, ahead of price, and the pharmacy chip on each card is the place to start.
25 of the 27 providers sell glutathione as an injection, and 4 sell a nasal spray. IV drips given at a clinic aren't part of this board. If a provider offers more than one form, the "From" price on its card is the lower of them.
The grade comes from 4 checks run the same way on each provider: a named, licensed US pharmacy; a prescriber's review before it ships; a price shown before signup; and no research-only products. 3 providers pass all 4; 18 pass 3. No provider on this board is a Partner, so within a grade the order is alphabetical and nothing else. The order says nothing about price, which the table above lays out row by row.
A provider's name opens its full check, quoting its own pages for each outcome. How we check explains the 4 checks and the grade they add up to.
Licensed US pharmacy. In both of FDA's alerts, the reactions came from sterile glutathione made with powder meant for supplements. A named pharmacy with an active license is the minimum you need before you can ask where its glutathione comes from. 15 of the 27 providers don't name one that shows an active license, and that Flag accounts for 15 of the 24 grades below an A.
Prescriber reviews you first. Injected glutathione is a compounded prescription, so a clinician signs off before it ships. All 27 providers say so on their own pages. This check asks about the order of events, not the length or format of the visit.
Price shown before signup. 16 of the 27 providers show a month-to-month rate before asking for contact details. A provider can pass with a per-vial price printed up front and still leave the monthly figure open, as the cost section below explains.
No research-only products. Glutathione itself does not trigger this catalog check. Its interim Category 1 status is conditional, rather than approval of an individual preparation. 4 providers sell something that is, and its check page names it.
Across the 24 glutathione providers graded B or lower, the Flags split this way: 15 from the pharmacy check, 11 from the price check and 4 from the research-only check. A B that misses only on price can still be a sound choice once you have its monthly total in writing; a missing pharmacy is harder to settle by email.
Standing monthly glutathione prices here run from $90 to $329.99, and the median of the 14 published figures is $144. Twelve months at the median is $1,728; at the floor it's $1,080.
By form, injectable glutathione starts at $99 a month and the nasal spray at $90. The spread inside injections is wide, from $99 to $329.99, so the provider matters as much as the form.
The floor of $90 sits on a B row; the lowest A-graded figure is ARSYNL Rx at $139.
13 providers have no established standing monthly charge. Supply length and recurring charge dates are separate facts; obtain both and the full pack price before comparing.

A per-vial figure cannot establish a recurring monthly bill without the selected supply and payment schedule.
If you're weighing home injections against a clinic's IV drips, compare a month against a month. One vial against one drip session tells you little, because the two are sold in different units.
Glutathione is not FDA-approved for any wellness, skin or anti-aging use. As an injection it is compounded by pharmacies, and FDA keeps it in Category 1 of its 503A list while it evaluates it.
Category 1 is an interim policy, not an approval. Other statutory and policy conditions still apply; FDA has not reviewed an individual preparation on this board. The trials the glutathione page covers are small and short, and oral, topical and nasal studies do not establish benefits of a current home-injection preparation.
In 2026 FDA said at least 30 patients had fever, chills, pain, dizziness or shock-like symptoms after IV glutathione made from one supplier's supplement-grade lot. FDA's advice to clinicians was to check with their compounders about the source of the glutathione. A 2019 alert described the same problem with a different supplier: FDA's lab found excess bacterial endotoxin, a fever-causing residue from bacteria, in every sample of that powder it tested.
Both alerts involved glutathione given into a vein. The injections on this board are sterile products too, so the same two questions apply: which pharmacy made it, and is its glutathione pharmaceutical grade? The glutathione page has both alerts, the dated status and its sources, plus what the small trials did and didn't show.
Standing glutathione prices here run from $90 to $329.99 a month. A vial lasts a different number of weeks at each provider, so ask how many doses a month's price buys.
FDA's advice after its 2026 alert was to ask compounders where their glutathione comes from. Put the same question to the provider: which pharmacy makes yours, and does it use pharmaceutical-grade glutathione?
15 of the 27 glutathione providers get a Flag on the pharmacy check. Ask which pharmacy prepares it and look the license up on that state board's site.
13 providers have no standing monthly glutathione price on this board. Ask for the monthly total in writing before you pay.
