20 providers with a published check sell NAD+ as a nasal spray, and this page grades all of them. Each spray is compounded to order. The pharmacy picks the strength, the bottle size and the other ingredients, so two sprays with the same name can differ.
That makes a strength-for-strength price comparison impossible, and this page doesn't try one. There is no reference product to measure them against. The fair comparison is the one on the cards: grade, the 4 check chips, and the standing monthly price for the spray itself.
1 of the 20 sells NAD+ only as a spray. The rest also sell another form, most often an injection. Only the spray decides a row's place and price on this page.
2 of the 20 spray providers pass all 4 checks for an A, and 18 pass fewer. The letter is about the provider, not the spray: who fills it, whether a clinician reviews you first, whether the price is public and what else the catalog sells.
The lowest standing spray price, $94.99, sits on a row graded B. The lowest on an A row is ARSYNL Rx at $179, which is $84.01 more a month for all 4 Passes.
Inside a grade, providers simply run A to Z. Neither the grade nor the order tracks price.
The reviewed literature includes animal experiments, a migraine conference case and a three-person Parkinson’s report involving nasal NAD+ with other treatments. No identified controlled trial establishes the benefits of a current commercial NAD+ spray.
In rats, NAD+ given in the nose reduced brain damage after a stroke-like injury in 2007 and reduced neuron death after a traumatic brain injury in 2012. A 2026 study in mice with chemically induced loss of smell found NAD+ in the nose improved smell and repaired the lining that senses odors.
The uncontrolled human reports used lidocaine and prior or subsequent NAD+ by other routes. They cannot isolate a nasal NAD+ effect or establish routine energy, aging or human brain-delivery claims for commercial sprays. NAD+ nasal spray has the studies in full, and the injection evidence explains why IV and shot data don't carry over to a spray.
No NAD+ nasal spray is FDA-approved. FDA's 503A list puts NAD in Category 1, under evaluation, and the entry names the substance without naming a route. This does not approve a nasal product or waive the remaining conditions of the interim policy and section 503A. The NAD+ page carries the dated status.
Who makes the spray still matters. A 503B outsourcing facility follows FDA's manufacturing-practice rules and is inspected on a risk-based schedule. A 503A pharmacy compounds against individual prescriptions and is exempt from those rules.
11 of the 20 spray providers name a dispensing pharmacy with an active license. 9 don't. How we check explains what a named pharmacy has to show.
The cited FDA query returned fourteen injectable-product recall records and no nasal-spray record. Product records are not distinct incidents or patient-harm counts. Small uncontrolled human reports do not establish a reliable commercial-spray adverse-effect frequency.
A complete product-specific side-effect profile is not established. If you notice nose irritation, headaches or anything else new, tell your prescriber, and ask the pharmacy what else is in the bottle. Inactive ingredients differ from one product to the next.
Storage and the beyond-use date come from the pharmacy's own label, since there is no FDA label for any NAD+ spray. Whether the bottle needs refrigeration is a question to ask before the first one ships.
Standing monthly prices for the spray run from $94.99 to $279. That is a gap of $184.01 a month, $2,208.12 over a year, for products no one can compare by strength. The median across the 11 published figures is $165.
7 providers price the spray and an injection side by side. 4 charge the same for both, 2 charge less for the spray and 1 charges more for it. A spray isn't automatically the low-cost option.
EdgeRx and Luvo Health print a lower introductory price for the spray. The figure on their cards is the standing rate behind it.
Luvo Health doesn't bill by the calendar month. The card names the billing period, and the figure is that charge converted to a month.
A standing spray renewal price is not established for 9 providers.

Ask for the pharmacy's name and the full ingredient list, not only the NAD+ content. Two sprays sold under one name can differ.
Ask whether the spray needs refrigeration and what its beyond-use date is. The pharmacy's label is the only instruction that applies.
4 providers here charge the same for both forms. Know both figures before price picks the form for you.
Ask how the prescriber separates uncontrolled combination-treatment cases from evidence for your exact spray, and what symptoms or interactions require follow-up.
