What the fine print shows

Inner Balance is a women's health telehealth company built around hormone therapy, and its one longevity product is a compounded NAD+ sublingual tablet that dissolves under the tongue. There's no injection and no IV. The public product page prints a starting monthly equivalent, while the retained plan-page quote differs. A current selected-plan checkout amount is not established, so normalized prices are withheld. Confirm the one-, two- or three-month charge, upfront total, actual quantity and renewal terms in writing. Either way, there's no membership on top, and shipping is free.

The prescriber side is described but not named. The terms say Inner Balance doesn't practice medicine; contracted providers, who may be physicians, nurses or physician assistants, act as one Clinical Team and review your intake before anything is prescribed. The NAD+ page describes intake without a routine initial appointment, while a general banner says doctor visits are included. Confirm whether the clinician or your state requires a live visit. If you want a live visit, ask for one through the care chat. The site names Dr. Sarah Daccarett and describes her credentials; confirm her individual license and your actual assigned prescriber.

The pharmacy is never named. The NAD+ page says the tablets are compounded by a national 503A pharmacy certified by NABP, LegitScript and PCAB, but neither that page nor the terms, privacy policy or FAQ gives a name. That's why the pharmacy check is a Flag here, and the license line below has nothing to look up. Ask the care team which pharmacy compounds your NAD+ and in which state it's licensed before your first order ships.

Read the refund policy before you buy. It covers the hormone cream and the face creams only; NAD+ isn't on the list, and refunds are never processed automatically when you cancel. The NAD+ page explains where NAD+ stands with FDA, and the evidence review covers what human studies have and haven't shown for NAD+ products in general.

The contractual details matter alongside the tablet’s convenience. Subscriptions are collected in advance for the selected period, and cancellation is requested through the secure portal. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, and the current guarantee specifically excludes NAD+, labs, supplements and third-party services. Choosing another pharmacy may leave the platform’s service charge in place while you separately pay that pharmacy. The agreement also includes individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. Marketing claims of rapid absorption or an experience like injections do not establish clinical equivalence or a proven longevity benefit from the sublingual preparation.

How signing up works

  1. 1Sign up

You take a short online quiz about your goals, history and lifestyle. If NAD+ fits, the plan page lists the monthly, 2-month, 3-month and one-time options, and you check out from there.

  2. 2Clinician review

A licensed provider from Inner Balance's contracted Clinical Team reviews your intake in writing before prescribing. The product describes no routine initial appointment; confirm any clinician- or state-specific visit and testing requirements. Follow-up is offered by secure chat.

  3. 3Pharmacy

The prescription goes to what the NAD+ page calls a national 503A pharmacy, accredited by NABP, LegitScript and PCAB. Inner Balance doesn't name it on any page.

  4. 4Delivery

The tablets ship free and discreetly, and the plan renews on its cycle until you cancel. Refund requests go through the care chat and aren't automatic.

Pharmacy and prescriber

  • Inner Balance's terms, FAQ and product pages don't name the pharmacy that fills your order. Ask before you pay.
  • Prescriber step:A licensed provider reviews your intake before anything is prescribedPass

What holds up

  • Its NAD+ is a sublingual tablet, so there are no needles, vials or IV appointments
  • Terms distinguish one-time, monthly and multi-month payments; obtain the selected total and renewal schedule
  • Shipping is free, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted
  • Each plan includes unlimited follow-up messaging with the clinical team
  • The NAD+ page describes pharmacy quality standards; request the facility name and verify its actual accreditations

Watch-outs

  • No page names the 503A pharmacy that compounds the NAD+ tablets; ask for its name and state first
  • The NAD+ product page and the plan page print different prices; confirm which applies at checkout
  • NAD+ is left out of the refund guarantee, and no refund is issued automatically when you cancel
  • A visits-included banner does not settle your actual consultation format; ask whether a live visit is required
  • The 2- and 3-month plans are charged in one sum up front, so check the total before you pick one

Fits you if

You want NAD+ without needles, at a monthly price with no membership, from a women-focused clinic that also handles hormone therapy if you need it later.

Look elsewhere if

You want the compounding pharmacy named before you order, a refund option on NAD+, or a live visit with a clinician. Anyone after injectable NAD+ or other longevity peptides will need a provider with a wider menu.

Questions about Inner Balance

How much does NAD+ cost at Inner Balance?
A current selected-plan monthly quote is not established. The public page’s starting equivalent does not settle the upfront total, later renewal or supply. Ask for the complete written offer, including shipping and any other required charge.
Is Inner Balance NAD+ an injection?
No. It's a compounded NAD+ tablet that dissolves under the tongue. Inner Balance doesn't sell injectable or IV NAD+, so it suits people who want to avoid needles.
Which pharmacy makes Inner Balance NAD+?
The NAD+ page says a national 503A pharmacy accredited by NABP, LegitScript and PCAB, but it doesn't give a name. Ask the care team which pharmacy fills your order before it ships.
Can I get a refund on Inner Balance NAD+?
The refund policy explicitly excludes NAD+, and refunds aren't processed automatically when you cancel, so ask before you order.
Who reviews my Inner Balance intake?
Contracted providers who work as one Clinical Team, which the terms say may include physicians, nurses and physician assistants. They review your intake; ask whether your actual clinician or state requires a live visit.
