What the fine print shows
The provider website uses the welludr. brand while retaining Wellmedr domains and portal references. Its newer service pages list GLP-1, NAD+, B12 and sermorelin; other menu categories are marked coming soon, while some older homepage sections advertise more. Confirm a specific treatment’s current availability. Wellmedr describes itself as a nonclinical platform connecting patients with licensed clinicians and dispensing pharmacies. Its refund page names Logos Pharmacy, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy and Center City Pharmacy; the terms additionally name Red Rock Home Pharmacy. A list does not identify your actual assigned dispenser, every compounding facility or every shipping-state authorization.
Current pricing and guarantees need reconciliation. A cited GLP-1 sale page advertises promotional figures, a monthly-plan description and a broad 90-day weight-loss money-back promise. The subscription policy instead distinguishes a 21-day renewal plan from fully prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month terms and excludes lack of desired results after pharmacy fulfillment begins. These are material differences, not a general satisfaction guarantee. Longer-plan monthly equivalents are not monthly bills. Ask which offer and policy apply, the total charge, exactly when later payments occur and any separately accepted clinical or membership fee. Do not infer a standing renewal price from a holiday headline.
The subscription policy says payment is collected before clinical review and promises an automatic full initial refund within seven business days if the clinician declines treatment. The 21-day plan can produce 18 payments in the first 365 days including day-zero payment. Longer prepaid plans renew only after separate affirmative enrollment; renewal charges can precede the next term by about 10 days for three- and six-month plans or 15 days for twelve-month plans. The confirmation must identify the exact date, which matters more than counting forward from the treatment-start date. A later account display should not accelerate billing without new consent under the stated policy.
The newer refund policy accepts cancellation before a charge is submitted, without a retention call, through online, portal, email or telephone channels including voicemail. The separate terms require two days’ notice and describe a nonrefundable first membership month. They also use a 48-hour initial-order window. Those conflicting conditions need written reconciliation. The newer policy’s refund cutoff is documented pharmacy preparation, compounding, filling or dispensing, rather than mere electronic receipt or administrative routing. Before that stage, affected payments are generally refundable except separately accepted completed service fees. After it, earned services and the pharmacy-started medication are nonrefundable, while objectively unearned portions remain refundable.
For prepaid early termination, the newer policy allocates each month an equal share of the price actually paid and rejects repricing used months or clawing back the original discount. Canceling renewal alone does not end the current term; request termination separately. Report missing, damaged or unusable medication within seven days, with latent-defect rights preserved. NAD+ marketing promises rapid energy and clarity, but starting figures do not establish a selected renewal plan and testimonials do not prove benefit. The NAD+ page and injection safety review explain the evidence. Sermorelin is presented as a consultation without a public selected form or price. Confirm treatment-specific state eligibility, fees and delivery timing.

How signing up works
1Sign up
Confirm the selected offer and applicable policy before payment. The subscription policy collects the charge at checkout before clinical review; approval is not guaranteed.
2Clinician review
A licensed physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant from one of the medical groups Wellmedr works with reviews your intake. The clinician may ask for more details, tests or a visit before deciding.
3Pharmacy
If you're prescribed, an outside pharmacy licensed where you live dispenses the order, and its name, address and phone number are printed on the label. Wellmedr says it doesn't compound or dispense medication itself.
4Delivery
Shipping follows clinical approval and pharmacy processing. Confirm exact timing and inspect delivery promptly; newer policy asks for problem reports within seven days and distinguishes pharmacy fulfillment from administrative receipt.

Questions about Wellmedr
- How much does Wellmedr cost?
- Wellmedr prints no regular price yet. Its compounded GLP-1 and brand Ozempic and Zepbound prices appear only on a holiday sale page, and the NAD+ starting price doesn't name its plan, so confirm the price and billing cycle at checkout.
- How often does Wellmedr bill?
- The policy lists a 21-day recurring plan and prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month terms. Prepaid renewal requires separate authorization and may be charged before the term ends. Obtain the exact selected amount and date rather than assuming calendar-month billing.
- Can I get a refund from Wellmedr?
- The newer policy refunds a clinically declined initial order and objectively unearned portions, using documented pharmacy preparation as an important cutoff. Terms instead use a 48-hour initial window, two-day cancellation notice and a nonrefundable first membership month. Obtain written reconciliation before paying.
- Which pharmacies fill Wellmedr prescriptions?
- The newer refund page names Logos Pharmacy, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy and Center City Pharmacy; terms also name Red Rock Home Pharmacy. Confirm the exact dispensing and, if different, compounding facilities for your prescription and their state authorizations.
- Does Wellmedr sell sermorelin?
- It offers a sermorelin consultation, but the page gives no form, dose or price. Ask the care team what form is prescribed and what it costs before you start the intake.
